Revue, inside the Fairmont Austin, is a stylish food hall offering diverse cuisine. We went for breakfast and enjoyed their French-inspired options—especially the Pistachio & Chocolate Croissant, which was absolutely incredible. Outstanding servers Jose and Wilmer.

A review of REVUE! If you are feeling a very flavorful dish, this will be the right one for you. The meat was cooked wonderfully and the sauce was so flavorful and had a little kick. Now coming from Milwaukee this was a new experience, if you are traveling from outside of Austin or Texas you should definitely check this pork dumpling dish out. Review from an 11yr old!

My wife and I were staying at the Fairmont Austin and twice dined at Revue for brunch. Overall I was impressed with the quality of the food.
For the first day was seated with another couple on a long table. We were on one end and they were on the other. I ordered a coffee and decided to give their buffet a try. Our waitress seemed not impressed I ordered the buffet. She did bring the coffee quickly and it was really good with a nice aroma and flavor. I headed to the small room up front to see what was available and had the standard items found at hotels like eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt. I grabbed a plate and added scrambled eggs, lots of bacon, sausage that had cheese in it, breakfast potatoes, and the wonderful eggs with chicken in it. All of it was really good but the eggs with chicken was the highlight of the buffet. It had so much flavor and very delicious.
The next day I was too full for the buffet even though I would not mind just eating the eggs & chicken, but ordered the Avocado Toast with a mimosa. This time we were seated at a nice private table for two. The restaurant manager even brought out my plate and placed it in front of me where the Avocado Toast was beautifully presented. It was a large piece of grilled sourdough bread with avocado on it along with a poached egg. It was very delicious and had great flavor. I enjoyed it very much.

Average food & low quality service. The restaurant atmosphere is charming. The server took awhile to get to us even though she had one other table. She was forgetful. She messed up my food order twice. Once I finally got my food it was very mediocre. I recommend eating at a different restaurant outside of the hotel.

What a gem of a restarting the Fairmont Hotel. I had one of the best breakfasts here. They have excellent coffee. The service was impeccable, and the food was fresh and delicious. I had a phenomenal, avocado toast with poached eggs on top along with a fresh pressed green juice that was beyond satisfying. A wonderful place to eat.

Had dinner here twice during my stay at the Fairmont. Yum! Had the sausage pizza on the first visit and it was great! We didn’t make a reservation and got super lucky to get a table with no wait. The food came fast and was exactly how we ordered. Second visit I ordered to go and got the Mongolian steak bowl. It was so amazing! Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

Went here for the first time and sampled a few of the apps – the garlic Parmesan bread was the best I’ve ever had from anywhere!! The orange chicken wings were great – sticky and sweet! We tried the Carne Amore pizza and added red onions. This pizza was so rich with the ricotta cheese and all the meats! I highly recommend it!!
