If I could give zero stars, I would. By far the worst pizza experience and customer service. My husband ordered pizza for our family last night at 6:25 while I was at work, we live 3 minutes from the store. One of the pizzas came incorrectly made, my oldest son absolutely would not eat it due to it having pineapples instead of banana peppers. My husband called the store immediately and was told it would be right out. Called again an hour later and employees had no idea what was going on. Again, said it would be right out. When I arrived home from work at 8:11 my oldest child was visually upset. I asked what was wrong and was told he had been waiting for nearly 2 hours for his dinner and had to watch my 2 toddlers eat in front of him…I called the store FUMING again, at first the manager said she had no idea where the pizza was. I demanded the order be brought immediately, and asked for a refund on my entire order as it was a HUGE inconvenience and absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. First she told me she did not know when she would be able to get the order here and told me I could come pick it up. If I wanted to go out to get food, we would not have ordered delivery. Finally, miraculously, she was able to get the order out during our phone call.

I was also told she was not able to process a refund at the store, WHAT? She assured me I would get my FULL refund but I had to email some GMAIL email address, red flag. Tell me you’re a joke of a business owner without telling me…what chain establishment doesn’t have its own email domain? A broken one.

Upon emailing the laughable gmail account, the “owner” unprofessionally went back and forth with my husband before saying, “we would never give a full refund. Never have, never will. Only one pizza was incorrect”. WHAT?! The entire order was messed up, it messed up our entire dinner. Made my child literally cry,

What a joke. What a tightwad. We usually order pizza from Dominos several times a month because it is so close to our home. NEVER again. From now on we’ll order better ingredients, better pizza from Papa Johns.

I read other reviews stating pretty much the same thing in regards to SLOW service and refused refunds by the joke of an owner of this store.

I recently ordered a pizza from this establishment.
After paying for the pizza & delivery…
2.5 hours later the pizza never arrived.

I called the store and Johnathan who answered the phone said “he didn’t know what happened to my order”.

Asked if I wanted a refund? (Ugh..? Yeah!!)
Who wants to pay for an order they never received!?
He then proceeded to tell me if I wanted a refund then I must email the owner…. What!

This is your customer resolution?

So now I find myself emailing the owner after paying for and never receiving my order
(Mind you I’m over 3 hours in at this point)

I receive an email back a few hours later (which is the next day at this point).
Only to be told by the owner that..(Paraphrasing)
‘No way, all are orders go out and are delivered’.

I now had to email back and say respectfully no sir, I didn’t receive my order.

To his credit, after this exchange…
He did get back with me the next day and said that my order was mistakenly put on the carry-out rack and not the delivery rack.

It was not until then did I receive an apology & issued a refund which came about 5 days later

No offer to make me another one or give me a credit for a future order for all the inconvenience.

No, nothing… Yes, I received a refund 5 days later but I was entitled to that. I never got the order that I paid for!

That didn’t help me or my family who went to bed with any food that night.l!

Bad customer service, even worse customer resolution!!

Would not recommend!!

We ordered the five cheese dip with garlic twist and Alfredo noodles. They weren’t filled up like usual, the cheese on the bottom was so burnt It left hardly any cheese, the noodles were burnt. I called and no one answered, my husband called a few times and no one answered. We finally got a hold of someone and they said it was the way it’s supposed to look. This isn’t the first time this has been ordered and this is NOT the way it’s supposed to look. She indicated she was the manager and argued that it’s the way they do it. This cost $22! Horrible Management!

First I would like to say the manager Savannah Hahn is the rudest person I’ve encountered in quite some time. I’ve been in the service industry for 18 years and I’ll tell you now she will drive that business into the ground. Not only was she EXTREMELY rude to me about the online order not being correct, she basically called me stupid and said computers don’t make mistakes. She refused to replace the pizza and now my boyfriend doesn’t even have dinner. And this dip I order weekly was barely even there. Had enough for 3 twists. Look how deep it was from the burnt cheese, it was barely filled. I could have gotten over that but because of Savannah Hahn I will NEVER be back as long as she is there. Pretty disgusting to see the new generation and how they “lead”.

Ordered a thin crust, light sauce with no cheese. Every piece was this dark, literally hardly any sauce at all. Couldn’t eat most of it. Hard as a cracker. Shouldn’t put out pizza like this, just remake it and do it right. Note: picture even makes it look more edible than it was.
