They love our military and they support them, and the retired SR-71 maintainers meet up there periodically for breakfast.

What wall is full of photos and images with Yuba City history, and the other wall is full of images with military history and photos of military personnel that were born and raised in Yuba/Marysville.

The place is also really clean and fresh, and the food is awesome.

Tony Bevacqua, who is 92 years old and still lives in Yuba city, flew both the SR-71 and the U-2. He signs several pictures of the wall, and so did many of the other military Pilots and personnel.

My wife and I went there for breakfast, and happy to say I feel dumb for going to other places before coming Linda’s. The food was delightfully well cooked the service was friendly and efficient. I will be returning with whole family. Thank you very much to people who work there.

I love Lindas, the restaurant is already super cute but what I really enjoy is the homemade style food. I bring friends & family that come to visit our small town and after the visit they understand and love the small town vibes!! They really set the bar for service, we’ve been coming here since 2017.

This is another 50’s diner located in dowtown Marysville. There were a lot of people for a Monday afternoon, and they were busy. We ordered the traditional breakfast plates; ham & eggs with hash browns, and pancakes with biscuits & gravy. The pancakes were really big, I couldn’t even finished them. The hash browns were not as crispy as those from other places we have dined at. The ham was tasty (or so I was told). Overall, it was okay.

Although the waitress was pleasant and warm, the food just didn’t live up to our expectations. I ordered the steak and fries and it was just awful. I really wanted to like this place and the ambience is cool, but the food tasted like reheated frozen food. My steak was bone dry and rubbery and just of the worst quality. On every bite, I had to work out my jaws and pull out inedible pieces. For such a small steak I couldn’t even finish eating half of it. The char flavor tasted too bitter as well, which, again, I usually love but it was just off with this one. I also thought the portion size was stingy on the fries. My wife ordered a burger and she was also disappointed that it wasn’t the diner standard but more like school lunch quality. The fries were fine but also inconsistent. Mine were pale and limp while my wife’s were a bit overly crunchy. To top off the bad experience, I got a refill of the wrong soda at the end (I think it was diet, of which I’m not a fan). I didn’t bring it up with the staff (I would’ve if the waitress ever asked how my meal was but once the food was brought she never dropped by again but to bring the bill and give one last refill of watered down soda). I don’t think I could ever come back here or recommend this to anyone. In fact, I’ll advise to stay away.

We were a bit concerned upon our arrival. NO one acknowledged us. That being said, once we were greeted everything fell into place. I tried the Sourdough pancake and wow! One of the best pancakes ever!! Cute decor honoring the military.

This has been our go-to breakfast place in YC for years. They do eggs Benedict, and we haven’t found anywhere else in the area that does it as well. They have good coffee as well. The service has always been good and the decor makes for good conversation if you’re bored. The only negative here is I’m not a fan of their country gravy. For what I go here for it’s great though.

Highly recommend the Loaded Biscuits and Gravy. Add chorizo and share with another person, it is huge. Almost licked the plate clean.
