Now I go to Tim Hortons at this location all the time, coffee & donuts are always amazing & so is the service, Today at about 1:50PM was the first time this year I was trying the holiday menu, The two coffees were excellent even though the espresso machine was broken, BUT the New cinnamon croissant muffin was completely raw on the inside. BEWARE! Horrible and rude customer service, absolutely ignoring walk-ins, if you “dare” to ask if they take walk in orders, they get mad and sarcastic asking if it is a pick up order from the app, zero empathy for elderly ppl that don’t use many applications. Three ppl “working”, and still a total chaos with walk-ins quitting waiting on “the ignered” line, me one of them that also decided to wait and left after 10-12 minutes standing like an old statue without anyone acknowledging my presence…and others, as well.
AMY, extremely rude and sarcastic worker, after the first couple left, decided to start telling her coworkers derogatory comments about customers leaving without any concerns about customers listening.
DEFINITELY NOT RETURNING, the worst TH of all the ones that I have visited in the US and CA.

This is the 4th time I wait at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes with no one taking my order. They always get orders wrong, and they have an attitude about it. Honestly save your time by driving to a different tim hortons. The one in watertown has great customer service.

We love stopping by this place for a quick breakfast. The staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful. Be aware to not being a rush when visiting this location as it does take some time to get your items when they’re busy for the morning rush due to being next to a military base. Be kind and patient, they are doing their best.

We ordered donuts from this place. First order of donuts had hair in them. I ordered a second batch of donuts that I wanted to change out and a lady with blonde hair said I touched them when I clearly didn’t. These people have messed up attitudes and can’t even smile or welcome you. This place sucks

Unfortunately, this tim hortons is way understaffed. Its busy all day long. Lines build up and only ever 2 people working. They work hard , good employees but management needs to step up their game. You got orders not in the system or not ready customers complaining and walking out constantly due to not enough staff.

Worst experience by far. Took my buddy here because he’s never been and it was terrible. They took over 20ish minutes to get our food wrong and they completely forgot hashbrowns and 2 donuts.

Awful shop save your money. Employees rude and waited almost 15 minutes in drive-thru just to receive the wrong order. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE!!

I got the turkey bacon sandwich. The buns came out half charred as shown in the picture. I noticed it after I took a bite, as all I could taste was burned. I kindly asked for it to be remade. They gave me just the toasted bun, I had to make my own sandwich again. Apparently the machine is broken so it’s not the clerk’s fault, however I would have appreciated a heads up.
@Tim Hortons, give your franchisees the equipment they need! Also maybe, hold a soft skills workshop.
Overall the turkey is good, the bacon waaay too salty.

Quite possibly the worst Tim Horton’s and customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a bacon bagel sandwich with two eggs. When I got to the drive thru this morning, I was handed a bacon bagel with one egg. I let the girl know immediately that my sandwich was missing an egg, and her response (no apology) was “ok…do you want it on the side?” No. I want it on my sandwich that I paid $2 extra for. After waiting another 10 minutes, I was handed my food and left. Very stupid on my part to not check before I left, because when I got home to eat, I found a SAUSAGE bagel sandwich with two eggs. I shouldn’t even have to check my food before I leave and it shouldn’t take 2-3 attempts just to receive what I ordered. That’s so much wasted food. This location needs some serious help and training.
