This was the cleanest Subway I’ve ever visited. Courtney and Jessica we’re extremely helpful and treated me with great kindness for the multiple hours I was there in store after getting stranded at their location! I definitely will be visiting this location again!!

Not sure how this store has anything less than 5 stars. I drive from any point in the state, just to come to this subway. Sandwiches always come out perfectly every time. The store is the cleanest one i have ever been to. Us regulars even know each other. As far as the timing, if you are going to the top store during the lunch hours, there is obviously going to be a wait. You can tell the workers work fast but with care, no one wants a rushed sub.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. This is the second time in the past 3 weeks where I walk in I get greeted and then for the next few minutes it’s like they don’t want to make eye contact with me or their coworkers and they’re hoping eventually somebody will break and take my order. Both times I just walked out. This time one girl was counting down a register near the drive-thru but was also on her phone. The one who greeted me was washing her hands. And the one that was on the phone was shooting dirty looks to a woman that was washing her hands. I haven’t been back since The first time it happened But thought surely it won’t happen again and of course it happened again. I moved over this way about 4 months ago I’ve been in there maybe three or four times. And at least twice I’ve walked out.

The lady made my sandwich the way I requested with no problem. She was very friendly and had a good attitude.

The food was fresh but the lettuce was getting brown.

Plenty of seating indoors and there is a drive-through. Parking lot with plenty of parking. This building looks like an old Churches.

Good food, I will go back.

Regular Subway vibe but service was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sandwich makings were fresh and bread was soft. Bev and ice dispenser worked flawlessly. Lotsa chip selections. I got the 12″ which pushes price point. Lunch AND dinner.

I don’t know what the hell they gave me but they totally screwed up my order. I asked for a steak and cheese wih no veggies and got some salad sandwich soaked in sauce. Wasted like $16 on a sandwich that ended up in the trash

I’ve given this location several chances over the years, hoping for improvement, but unfortunately, some issues remain consistent. The main concern is the slow service, especially during peak hours like lunch. During my most recent visit, I and two other customers ended up leaving after waiting in line for over 10 minutes with very little movement. There were three employees present, yet only one sandwich station was open, which made the delay even more frustrating.

A recurring issue I’ve noticed is that the manager seems disengaged from front-line operations, often staying behind the scenes rather than stepping in to support staff during busy times. This lack of visible leadership seems to contribute to inefficiencies and customer frustration.

That said, not all experiences have been negative. Occasionally, there are staff members who are efficient, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work—but unfortunately, they don’t seem to stick around long. It’s disappointing to see that turnover is high, except for the manager who, based on multiple visits, hasn’t made a noticeable positive impact on the service culture.

On the positive side, the store is generally clean, and you can expect the standard Subway quality in terms of food. However, the switch from Coke to Pepsi products may be a letdown for some regulars, and the prices have noticeably increased, which might make the slow service feel even less acceptable.

In summary, this location has potential—it just needs more attentive management during peak times, better staffing strategies, and a focus on retaining the team members who do their jobs well. With a few key changes, it could become a much better experience for returning customers like myself.

Pulled my phone out just for this review. 2 gentlemen made my sandwich and put a great deal of care into making it right. It was perfect, all the toppings there but nothing fell out. I usually get a lot of veggies and stuff on my sandwich, so this took some work.
