They made our pizza and then made us wait 20 minutes before handing it over to us.
When we got it the cheese pizza had a large empty spot in the middle of the pizza and pepperoni pizza was half raw.
Was not impressed and would advise to not cost the location.

Put my order in early in hopes it would be done by the time I got there and still had to wait past the time I was told it would take. I guess I should have put my order in an hour early instead of 30 mins early. Always great when other people come in and they get their pizzas cooked before mine too.
They didn’t have the string cheese for my pizza so they had to go to the store to buy some to make it. Meaning they didn’t start my pizza until 15 mins past the time it was supposed to be finished.

Customer service isn’t terrible. But the food is disgusting. ALWAYS. 4 people in the building working, not busy a little bit, and only one pizza available to be sold? None in the oven or in the proceeds of being placed in the oven either. And the pizza left, looked like this. My kids loves pizza right now and are in a huge pizza phase so we go a lot. And the last 4 times we’ve went our pizza looked like this or worse. And they either didn’t want to let us trade it out, or said we could wait 15-20 minutes while they made a new one.

Girl taking order was extremely rude and impatient. When telling me what was hot and ready she spoke way too fast for me to understand and when she asked if I wanted anything else, she let out a heavy impatient sigh when I looked at the menu. All around bad attitude and rude.

At 1205 and 15 mins away the app promised 1230-1235. We drove away with our food @ 1240. I’m impatient. But I think they did their best and that’s enough!

Walked in and could not get anyone’s attention for ten minutes they all had earbuds in. I asked if I could just get bread and she rolled her eyes and looked back and said I don’t have any so I left because that’s wholly unacceptable.

I always get a good pizza at this location and the staff is nice too. Notice the picture I posted, the cheese is well cooked on top with plenty of it and the crust is also crispy.
