This was my second time trying Lorenzo’s and it sure will be my last. I am not one to have high expectations for any type of carry out, but this was ridiculous. This evening I placed an order that included 10 chicken wings, a medium pizza, and a drink. When I got home I was shocked with what I got. They were not wings but instead some sort of chicken nugget that seemed like the last bunch of a frozen bag (pic attached). The pizza was chewy and extremely greasy, almost seemed like a day old reheated pizza in the same box. All this for $33. Like I said, I don’t set high expectations but this type of experience is not something I was expecting to receive from a local business. What a shame.

I keep getting the ads in the mail and decided to order it. The young man who worked the front was very friendly.

The pizza was well made and the dough had a great chew. Very New York style pizza. The twisted garlic bread was made with same dough and I really enjoyed them. The pizza was good. Not salty or sweet, but also nothing special. I also ordered wings and got me they were too breaded and not crispy enough. Although it may have been from sitting in the styrofoam container. Overall I would order from here again.

I tried Lorenzo’s for the first time last week. It was amazing. I ordered a Stromboli and a margarita pizza. They have flavored crusts for the pizza. The staff were all friendly and great. There are a few locations. I highly recommend this place! You will be glad you tried it. They have 4 sizes for pizza, small, medium, large and an extra large to feed a larger group. Their menu has many options. Five stars ⭐️

Great pizza. Unbelievably slow. Takes twice and long to get your food as they tell you on the phone. If you can wait all night, its almost worth it.

The pizza & breadsticks are really good. The cheese dipping sauce was just cream cheese, no parmesan or garlic. You can’t dip breadsticks in refrigerated cream cheese.

Short story: sauce is spicy and made me not feel like I was getting to enjoy pizza. I can’t be 100% sure, but the crust may have been previously frozen. This was our first and last time trying Lorenzo’s. If it’s too spicy for mom, there’s no way the kids will eat this.

I don’t leave reviews. That’s not my thing. But when I’m this upset about pizza, I feel like I need to say something. I was getting alone time at home while my family was at a birthday party. I thought it would be a great time to try Lorenzo’s for the family while being lucky enough to order a speciality pizza only I would like.

I ordered a small margherita pizza and small salad. Salad was normal. That’s not what I’m writing about.

With my first bite and a few chews of the pizza, my mouth started to notice something was spicy. Margherita pizza isn’t meant to be spicy so I finished my first bite and for the odd lingering stinging to go away before I began to investigate. I tried some of the sauce on its own and immediately realized that’s what was giving all the heat.

I then took a slice, took the toppings off, wiped and soaked up as much sauce as I could from both the toppings and crust, and put the toppings back on. The pizza looked horrible (I know I caused that). I ate some more and just gave up. I couldn’t enjoy this because, like I said, Margherita pizza isn’t meant to be spicy. I was looking forward to a savory meal and couldn’t enjoy this as one.

Lastly there is a possibility that the was maybe previously frozen. As the cook in our house 99.8% of the time, I’ve made plenty of homemade pizzas. Mostly with fresh dough, and occasionally with a frozen pizza crust which I have to thaw first. I also worked at a pizza chain as a teen and made dough fresh. The crust on my pizza tonight had the features of a previously frozen dough.

We had the Margherita and all meat . I’ve been to lots of pizza places here and all over California Nyc Chicago and others.. so i know a great pizza when I have one. These were great pizzas and to the lady that didn’t like the sauce because it was too spicy, maybe stick to dominoes or pizza HUT? The balsamic, mozzarella, basil, tomato and sauce balance was perfect, as was the nice and soft but crunchy parmesan garlic crust! I give it a 10!
