Ordered from their new location twice. First time the pizza was over 30 minutes late, freshness gone and pizza was dry. I gave them grace since it’s a new location, ordered a second time and again over 30 minutes late, pizza felt and tasted old. I called to find out where my order was, an offshore company picked up and transferred me to the store which NEVER answered. I do not like the runaround, you run off of customer service and quality. Major improvement is needed and I guarantee it will close down soon due to the lack of care and lack of work ethic!

They should put a realistic delivery time. I have no problem if they would let me know it would be a 2 hour wait for delivery but they put an estimated delivery time an hour prior to the arrival. Also good luck trying to get in touch with anyone other than a call center. Don’t order here if you expect a less than 2 hour wait. Papa John’s and Dominos are much faster and if they have a delay they will generally call you and let you know.

Literally ordered only a cheese pizza, and the cheese was so poor that my kids would not even eat it. Order the spicy garlic wings, and instead got plain wings with no sauce on them. Tried calling the store, but you get put through to an answering service that keeps transferring you to another answering service. I could never get the store on the phone so basically I wasted my money and paid for stuff that I couldn’t even eat I will definitely not be ordering there again.

$70 later. None of the crust is what I ordered. Hand tossed is thin. Original pan is hand tossed. Thin is definitely thin. All the crust is off from the norm. It is also dry, cold and practically no sauce. Not sure what is going on at new location but 5 pizzas and $70 later I expect better. Can’t even get through to the store on the phone line.

Your better off just ordering from papa John’s or dominos Pizza Hut sucks placed my order at 9:00 said 9:20 will be ready then I waited in parking lot go to pickup window and they are for the most part just talking and standing there I finally get my pizza 9:40! And first of all I wasn’t Pizza Hut to be good I was just expecting it to be decent and it wasn’t even that ! I read the reviews here on Google I see why it take 2 hrs to receive Yall pizza or it’s cold

Waited over an hour and a half to receive food when was told 25-35 minutes. When trying to call store directed to a call center that could not help me in the slightest. When I was transferred to the store call was answered then hung up. And then food was not 100% correct and cold and did not receive complete order(missing items) and was not offered a refund for missing or incorrect items.

Just close it down and give some mom and pop a chance. I ordered square cut pizzas I guess they saw the note late and cut the pizzas both square and pie so we got a puzzle piece pizza. to add insult to injury they dont answer the phone it goes to a call center that does not care.

4 employees, 2 on the phone and 2 talking to eachother while I wait in the pick up section. Mind you, I placed a crafted pizza online and I was only there to pick up as it said the time it would be ready. Not even a single employee bother to do their job and ask if I was there to place an order or to pick up? They all saw me waiting in the pick up section, for a moment I thought maybe it’s a joke?? Terrible!!

It’s not pizza huts issues that the orders are getting late… it’s DoorDash people like to take four orders or more at the same time and the food gets delivered super late…. I get it trying to make money but let other people get the orders too for they can get delivered accordingly
