This was the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. We ordered two coffees through the drive-thru, and it took over 15 minutes to receive them. When we finally got our drinks, they were cold.
When we asked for replacements, the barista was unprofessional, showed attitude, and offered no apology. After more than 20 minutes wasted, we left the store disappointed and without our order.
Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location. I have also reported this incident to Starbucks headquarters.

I know Starbucks and this place is doing it right. Awesome staff and clean environment albeit is newly built. Not crowded either since it’s quite new.
Oh and they have nitro cold brew!!!!

the staff is terrible . don’t understand anything about coffee . can’t tell the difference between coffee and milk . they charged me over 10$ for a cake and a glass of milk . but what i needed was espresso . i’m pretty angry

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. They really got into their groove quickly. It’s always clean and everyone is so friendly. Audrey always goes above and beyond, especially when I bring my pup through the drive through. She also helped me recreate my favorite drink after the base of it was discontinued. She and everyone there are wonderful.

I actually used to love this Starbucks. Nice atmosphere, pleasant employees, and drinks were always made perfect. In these past two months or so, that integrity has deteriorated. The reason I give them a 2-star rating is because the drink quality isn’t up to par to where it was and one specific employee seems to cause more problems than solving. I get along with almost everyone, but this employee is brash and apparently seems to like bringing her emotions to work. When I confronted her about her disrespect, she refused to apologize. So I spoke to the manager who assured she’d handled it. But no one should have to go through that when they expect a certain face for Starbucks. As a former employee it gets FRUSTRATING, I know, but you still have to keep a poker face. The store manager was kind and accommodating which gives me some faith in the store, but that one employee whom I’ll leave nameless, has remained to deliver in poor taste and a grotesquely approach at a misanthropic personality. Honestly, actions like that make me question even going back.

I come here because its convenient, but this is the 2nd time within 2 weeks this location has not had my mobile order ready. Each time I look for my drink, its not there. I was asked if I am sure that I ordered it at the correct location. I show the receipt on my phone, then they make the drink. The problem with this is that there is no awareness or empathy expressed for someone who may be in a rush, or the fact that I expressed this happened to me before. Mistakes like this fall on management & should be corrected if it happens too frequently.

I always come to Starbucks to get work done but this one is quite luxurious. Just as all other Starbucks great subtle music but this was recently build/renovated elegant chic refined feeling. The staff are very understanding helpful and friendly. Will be back to this location when in Laurel great experience!
