9/10 times we have an excellent experience with these guys. Location is convenient and quality is pretty good. However i’m writing this review and giving 4/5 stars. It legitimately saddens me to do so. We ordered a tuna sandwich and It ended up making a member of my family extremely ill, while other types of sandwiches caused no similar reactions. This person actually prefers tuna so this was totally out of left field. If you have someone reading these reviews, please verify the integrity of the tuna at this specific store asap. (1/27/26)

Very smart staff. Got lunch fast, very good food preparation. Accommodating to hearing impaired just fine. Friendly worker ladies thank you ✌ highly recommend this location lobby is very nice space.

Jaden took very good care of me. Fantastic personality. Fantastic service. A lot of Jimmy John’s are not freaky fast anymore like they originally advertised. But, this one still is. They have not let the burden of online orders interfere with the people that still come to the store and order in person.

They did not greet me when I arrived and the place was empty. I normally go to the shelf where they place to go orders. It was empty so I figure they are still making it. I wait 15 minutes until someone greeted me and it turns out the food had already been done for awhile. Manager says “next time say something” How about you do your job and put the to go orders where they go.

This is the closest Jimmy John’s to our house and my kids like Jimmy John’s so We’ve tried to give them a fair shot as they’ve apologized when they’ve messed up and sworn they are working on quality. This is 3rd time we have had a pretty bad experience- here is my TOTALLY Tuna sandwich. Yikes. I tried to call and find an internal email address to send this to for training purposes and the person basically played dumb. So here you are business owner. Good luck.

Ordered a sandwich and a pickle bucket (vs a single pickle) figuring a bucket of pickles will hold up over the next week or two. What I received was a sandwich and 14 pickle spears wrapped in paper. My bad for assuming a pickle “bucket” would come in some sort of container. Guess this is likely why you dont offer “a cup” of soup. Hopefully the bottom of my bag doesnt fall out from pickle juice saturation before I get home.

Bad experience, came through drive through like always on a Tuesday night. Very ride manager working said he was filling in very scary! That he is assistant manager if that’s true? He was creepy and scared me when I asked for his name he said he doesn’t give that to strangers.he said he couldn’t approve the extra side of tukry I wanted to buy? I called JJs to report it and they just blew me off woth an email and then no response. I won’t be coming here again!

They don’t offer the choices on any sandwiches , don’t ask for sides , preferences etc. please get this out of Affton if they don’t have workers that will keep the company standard.
