Used the app to order. Got two classics, bread sticks and a 2 liter under $20, and got 2 specialty pizzas for $10.99 each. The portal was easy to use, just entered the numbers and the door opened, and even reminded me not to forget my drink. I ate the Hawaiian, my wife chose the pretzel stuffed crust and the kids got the classic pepperoni. Everyone loved it.

I normally get the crazy sauce and buy extra because I like extra sauce. For me
$1.00 is a lot for the small container but because it’s easier I usually get it. The last couple of times I have purchased it they have only put it at the half way mark. I asked them to please fill it and the girl was very rude and said I don’t know if I can do that. I said it’s only half way. I pay a dollar for the small amount as it is. She grabbed them out of my hand and shoved two more at me and walked away. I wasn’t rude I just asked to have full ones instead of half. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I thought well maybe it was just the day. I ordered more a couple of days later and my child went in to pick everything up and asked again on this occasion to please give us full containers. They said they are not allowed to fill them up more they would get into trouble. So I took pictures of what they gave us and then went into the store next to it and bought a regular jar of sauce for around a $1.50-$2.00. I don’t know how others feel but I think it’s ridiculous to pay $1.00 for 1/2 a small container of sauce especially when honestly a dollar was too much to begin with. The problem is that all restaurants are going to this. It’s ridiculous. Shame on the owner and shame on them for hiring rude and very disrespectful employees.

I was surprised to see no chairs to sit down like in the past. Ask employee why did they remove it and he said he doesn’t know why. Ridiculous, but maybe homeless were sleeping on it while waiting. Lol

Worst damn food service ever every time I go in there it take 30 mins or longer and they pizza is always to greasy and they can never get the order right. Example the picture below this is supposed to be a pretzel crust pizza and there five meat.

workers put customers on hold waiting for them to hang up. I had called & had 2 other friends call, we were all put on hold & left there for over half an hour. We went to the location & there were no customers there. they were purposely putting us on hold because they didn’t want to do their job lol

Costumer service is the worst for afternoon shift !! Staff kept on complaining about to many orders that they had to make ! On top of that they had no type of food ready ! The person that was in the register literally stopped helping me with my order to answer the work phone and help that person with a new order with out letting me know first!!

I come here often, as my kids really enjoy their pizza. Customer service is usually always great and i’ve had had multiple experiences with workers going out of their way to assist me. However, there is definitely a lack of care about actual concerning issues like the fact that i’ve seen roaches on the floor multiple times and recently went in and took home my pizza only to find a dead smashed roach under my pizza box. Also, i’m not sure if the building has no air conditioning but it is always extremely hot in there to the point that it smells musty and humid I can’t even stand to wait in there while my pizza is ready.
