Who doesn’t love a good coffee. Service is always welcoming and correct. The baristas seem to know every regular that walks in. They have cups and merchandise on display neatly stocked. Also I’ve yet to come across them being out of syrups, as for I usually use a variety in my coffee. However my first encounter with Matthew was not the most friendly, and was asking to take my cup to the bathroom which is unsanitary in my personal opinion. Then was asking not to dump it outside. Which would have been different if I was pouring it on the patio seating area and not the mulch.

This is hands-down the best-run Starbucks in Conway. The team at the Hwy 544 location is incredibly efficient—even when the drive-thru line looks long, they move through it with impressive speed. My order is always 100% accurate, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Hi All, I normally don’t post a review good or bad, but some people need to be recognized because of their innate ability to serve above and beyond. Get ready everyone who gets there coffee, tea or special drink from hwy. 544 store. There is a new in town that I met at another location and lucky for me got promoted to this location. In 20 years of being a Starbucks member I have never met someone as awesome as Ivy. She enlightened my day and opened my world to such a beautiful tea latte. I normally don’t drink tea, but because Ivy shared from her heart with enthusiasm and compassion she opened a new door of love for me to enjoy an awesome drink. Love the London Fog Ivy and can’t wait to learn more of your knowledge about great coffee and tea combination. Don’t go here… reported numerous times to corporate! This guy literally argued with me at the window that the customer is not always right and my situation. I was not the right one. They also argued with me over putting extra milk in my cup, telling me that it was not company standard to fill my cup up, even though I asked them to. I spend tons of money here and I have no choice but to go to the Starbucks on the way to work I will be boycotting this location. Nobody go here they do not care about the customer.

I’m tired of the inconsistency in quality of the iced drinks. Don’t want to use the shaker cup to shake my refresher? Fine. The cups still have lines on them, so please take the time to measure. I’d rather my drink be right than fast and it’s two ingredients so it should be the same every time.

I just received my DoorDash order from your store. Two grande blonde vanilla lattes and this is how full they both were. Very disappointed for what is charged including tip. I feel I should be refunded or be offered two normal filled future lattes. I’m just surprised as this isn’t usually the case. ) :

I love starbucks – don’t get me wrong. I was super excited that the SC544 store opened because it’s on my way to work. However, each time I stop, the cup becomes less and less filled with coffee. This morning – a venti which is a 6.5″ cup – the coffee started 1.5″ down from the top. What the heck??? Where’s the rest of my coffee that is NOT cheap! Come on – do better.
