Clean and cozy Starbucks with friendly and polite staff. Orders are prepared quickly and efficiently. The dining area is usually not crowded, which makes it a comfortable spot to sit and relax. There is also a convenient drive-thru for those on the go.

I have been coming here 3-4 times a week for the last few months. I like the vibe of the people who work here. They’re hardworking and friendly. Big shout out to Lucas, who often gets my order ready before I even order it. He goes out of his way to make to bring something positive to my experience every time I come in.

But everyone that works here is kinda like that. Big shout out to the leadership of this store. They built a good team that keeps me coming back.

I understand working on holidays isn’t fun and I do have compassion for all workers at any time of the year – but to serve the drinks they did yesterday is inexcusable. Yesterday on Christmas morning, I saw this Starbucks location was open so I went there two get two brown sugar cortados. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes but that is expected on Christmas – my issue is that my drinks were black burned espresso drinks with coffee grinds coating the cup. I don’t mind the taste of black coffee but this is the first time Starbucks was undrinkable. It was disgusting. If you’re going to open on a holiday, don’t just serve your customers crap. The last time I came to this location they gave me ice cold cortados and the manager came out and tried to give me a gift card because she was shocked how icy my hot drinks were. I told her no thank you and left. I am not someone who complains or looks for free things. This Starbucks is AWFUL and I will never return

Chris made a mistake by charging my card for the wrong order; however, he corrected it right away and was very polite throughout the process. It was such a great customer service experience. This situation has happened in the past, but the employee at that time didn’t seem to care, Chris truly made a positive difference.

I tried to order a grilled cheese and a cup of water. The guy on the speaker said they were out of grilled cheese. I said can I just have the water then? He kept saying “we can’t charge you for that.” So basically saying no because he did not want to give me a free cup of water. Starbucks has never said no to a free cup of water. Something is wrong with the workers at this location. I will not be back.

I ordered 2 cold brew coffees with cold foam, 2 bagels with cream cheese and a cheese danish.

I went inside to pick up my mobile order, my danish was ready. After waiting no more than a minute, a lady asked for my name on the order. I told her, she said okay and I could tell she started working on my coffees.
She handed them to me, as I was waiting on the bagels, I realized one of the cold foams were different than what it should of been. I let the worker know and she apologized and started working on a remake. She allowed me to keep the mess up, which was kind.

The bagels I think got mixed up in busy-ness but she made sure to bring it back to the attention of the guy who was working on that end.
It was a decent amount of time for the bagels, coffees and re-make, probably around 10-15 minutes. I was in no hurry, but the lady apologized and handed me a recovery card for $8.
I was very appreciative.

The workers definitely took a situation that could of been seen as an annoyance and instead turned it around into a good experience. I am one who knows how busy things are, but it’s nice to have the recognition when things aren’t going smooth.

Just left the drive only to get too far before I realized that I was given the wrong drink and even worse I was given dairy which I am unable to consume due to my intolerance of raw milk! You guys need to be careful and make sure that you give out the right orders this can make me very sick thankfully I only took a sip.

I work nearby and visit this Starbucks several times a week. I occasionally use the drive-thru, but I don’t mind going inside because the staff is always so kind and accommodating. Patrick always remembers my name and makes me feel welcome every time. The employees consistently provide stellar customer service, showing they genuinely care and put in the effort. Thank you for always ensuring a positive experience.
