I ordered from Papa John’s for dinner for delivery and the dasher that got assigned to deliver was texting me demanding for a tip and stuff and I called the store and spoke to the manager about blocking this dasher for my safety and he went above that and remade the food and assigned it to a different dasher and even threw in a thing of brownies on top of giving it for free. I was very pleased with how he handled it and this is what customer service should be like everywhere. It wasn’t even there fault and he still made sure I was taking care of. I will definitely be ordering from here again and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Phew somebody was mad when they made my pizza lol. It arrived at my house and it was all smashed up, and all the cheese/toppings was scraped up and bunched off to the side so most of my pizza was just bare dough. And the garlic dipping cup was also smashed into the pizza too whoever took out their PTSD on my pizza, I feel for you

Pretty disappointed. Paid 37 dollars for a large pizza to be delivered. Driver picked up the order and took 40 minutes to deliver and I live 2 miles away. Basically left overs by the time I got it. I even tipped a descent amount for the delivery on top of the 7.49 delivery fee. I know that papa John’s isn’t door dash but wish I would’ve just gone to dominoes since their drivers are in house. Would not recommend delivery from this papa John’s.

I’ve never had Papa John’s pizza. I’ve heard it’s the best ever, and my hotel had a promo code for delivery. I ordered online directly from this Papa John’s location. About an hour later I got a call from the delivery driver, he was rude and yelled at me for not giving clear instructions on delivery address, saying he was the next car in line. I indicated that I had, in fact, indicated the address, hotel name, and room number. Besides the fact that if you gps or Google the address I gave, the hotel name immediately comes up. (A fact I have myself verified.) He again chastised me for not giving clear address/delivery instructions and hung up. I called the store, and was informed they had no delivery drivers so they door dashed my order out, so the store didn’t give clear delivery instructions. Finally, my order arrived, over an hour after I placed it. At the door the door dash driver again chastised me, showing me on his phone that the address was incorrect. I tried to explain that I did not order from him, I ordered from Papa John’s. The pizza was completely squished to one side, and lukewarm. It’s hard to say if it would have tasted better served fresh.

Ordered PaPa John’s got merchant and customer copy from pizza hut. Which means someone else got my information.
Also when I told the driver I was missing part of my order he replied call and they will send another driver.
That would have been fine if I was not on my way to work out of town.
Waste of 50$.
I think I’ll order pizza hut next time.

The staff at this Papa John’s turned a simple pizza mix-up into a memorable experience. I ordered a garlic chicken pizza without noticing it came with artichoke. When it arrived, I called the store to ask if I could bring it in for a remake, and halfway through my request, I realized how ridiculous I sounded—it was entirely my mistake, and I shouldn’t expect them to fix it for me. Still, they went out of their way to help, promptly offering to make me a new pizza without artichoke. Their willingness to help really surprised me, and it will definitely make a repeat customer moving forward.

If I could give zero stars I would . I live 5 mins away from this place called at 8:10 pm they didn’t get to my door until 9:30pm , on top of that I only ordered a set of wings an bread sticks , when they showed up food was damn near cold , ordered the HoneyChipotle kind and as you can see not much chipotle or honey sauce . Overall Not happy completely unsatisfied

To the person that made my pizza yesterday (8/9): THANK YOU!!! Finally, someone who understands what “extra cheese“ means! I order extra cheese almost every time that I order a pizza and it always seems like that’s the normal amount of cheese they would’ve added and not “extra”—always disappointed in the cheese allotment. My pizza yesterday definitely had extra cheese and it was perfect! You have set the bar for what pizza from here on out should be what it is modified “extra cheese“. You should be training every pizza maker in the entire country on what it means when someone says “extra cheese“. You are a true hero to this person from Wisconsin who now lives in Seattle. Thank you

I just have to say, the young woman that helped me last was incredible. I won’t go into too much detail but I was very impressed how she handle a mix up with my order with kindness and sincerity that I have not seen in a restaurant, retail, or otherwise in a long time. Amazing job! Thank you again!
