The little white boy with glasses with the shaggy hair is rude and didn’t pack my box correctly. He proceeded to to get angry when I corrected him. Yells my bad then got rude with another customer. Something needs to be done asap. Especially because my order is still wrong. I pad $40 to feed my family and instead of spicy he packed me classic

This Popeyes never fail to mess up your order. There was no rush, no complicated orders, and no line but some how they found a way to ruin my order. Also, there was hair in my food too.

HOT DAMN.
Best Popeye’s I’ve had in the Mid-West. First time in decades I actually ate any fast food biscuit – so light & fluffy and not drenched in fake butter. Chicken was insanely crispy until the last bite.
Again, busy during lunch on a beautiful sunny day but the flow was good and didn’t take too long to get our order. Employees were super pleasant and polite.
I wish all fast food places were this great.

Fresh & hot spicy chicken, makes for a great lunch during a heat wave. Employees were super friendly, polite, and their joy was contagious. Really great experience and pick-me-up after spending a hot, exhausting day searching for a lost phone (with no active battery by this time).

Food was fresh and hot. Seems like they never have coleslaw anymore though. Service was terribly slow, but it did seem like they were understaffed and overworked, I understand. The overall cleanliness wasn’t the best either, but again, I’m sure it’s due to being understaffed. Definitely needs a remodel inside and out though. The Store Manager was friendly!

Waited 40 minutes for our order. We had chicken stripes mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. I had to go look for someone to help at counter to get us our food. Food was good. But never worth the wait. Soda fountain was out so if you needed a drink you had to find someone to get for you. Dining room was dirty. We will never go back again.

I love Popeyes food. The service is awful. Every time I have come here in the past 8 months I have waited for 5 minutes or longer at the drive through, prior to ordering my food. Two times they never answered. More times than not the staff has been incredibly rude. If you plan on coming here expect the wait to be 15 minutes or longer. Honestly, I’m surprised the reviews for this restaurant are not worse than they are.

Every time I come here there is something new wrong with the food. Ordered a tender meal and got regular fried chicken, also got one less fry than was ordered. Everything was a bit mushy like it wasn’t fried long enough or the oil wasn’t to the correct temperature. I like popeyes but I don’t like leaving town to get my order right or cooked correctly. Please try to do better as if there is an issue with your fry you could make people sick.

This Popeyes is a particularly good location food wise. At least as far as whatever they are not out of which is usually at least one or 2 things each time I order.
The service here is hit and miss at the drive thru. It’s fast food I don’t expect anybody to happy about working min wage but I do expect the the drive thru people to be among the more experienced of the staff and at least know what specials are running.
Still I got my food in a reasonable time frame and w/o incident and as always it was delicious
