Stopped at Starbucks for my coffee on a busy weekend. The food was alright, I enjoyed the banana bread. Service was great, David and Yeji were very kind and attentive.

To the staff who made my drink this morning and wrote “Stay Blessed!!” on my cup:
I want to start by saying: I’m not here to assume the worst about you. I don’t know what kind of day you were having. But that note felt less like a blessing.
I don’t own you an explanation for how I like my coffee, but since it feels like I was silently judged for my order, let me spell it out – not for validation, but in hopes you might think twice before doing this to someone else.
I ordered a triple expresso with a splash of whole milk and soy milk, because I enjoy the combination for the different flavors it can create. Light ice because I don’t want my expresso watered down 10 minutes later. I paid extra $1.25 for adding salted caramel foam, and in a venti cup, not because I wanted more coffee but because I know the foam doesn’t fit well in smaller cups. I just want room for the add-on I paid for. It’s not a TikTok drink with 18 modifications. If making such a simple customization upsets you that much, maybe being a barista isn’t the right fit.
I didn’t come in expecting attitude with my order. But I also chose not to let it ruin my morning. So in return, I say this with the same energy: Stay blessed. Really, life’s too short to be angry over milk preferences. Let’s all try to be a little more respectful, especially in the service industry, where kindness goes a long way – on both sides of the counter.

Very fun coffee experience. I came in with a photo I saw on reddit of an iced coffee with extra caramel, extra strawberry puree, and whipped cream. The staff, maybe the manager, said wow and we backwards engineered a hot caramel latte equivalent. I can see the universe from the sugar. It’s delicious and tastes like liquid gold as my coworker who tried it says.
Thank you for the fun coffee! Not something I can do every day since too much coffee makes me shakey but my favorite in a while. Caramel and strawberry flavoring are my favorite.

We had some amazing batistas. They were friendly and made great conversation. I really appreciate the work they do to make this starbucks feel comfortable for all.the sandwich warmed up is surprisingly tasty, do recommend for a quick bite.

I am in the area for work often and order through Uber Eats to my hotel. Nearly half the time that I order coffee with heavy cream, they leave room for the heavy cream and then leave it out completely. Not only do I not get heavy cream, I end up with less coffee. Simple mistake, but over and over again? Disappointing.
