This is our favorite Asian food in the Wasatch Back. We have tried a handful of curries, all delicious, but keep coming back to the drunken noodles, which can be made to order for spice level. We love it hot and spicy, but it can be adapted for any palate. This place is cozy, the service is friendly, and so far we haven’t gone wrong on any of our orders. Add some mangos and sticky rice to round out your meal, it’s really tasty!

If you’re in Park City and craving Thai, Taste of Thai & Hot Pot absolutely delivers.
From the moment we walked in, the service stood out—attentive, warm, and genuinely caring without being intrusive. It set the tone for the entire meal.
We started by sharing the Tom Kha, and it was easily one of the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced—rich coconut broth, bright citrus notes, and just the right level of heat. It had depth without being heavy, and every spoonful was layered and comforting.
For my entrée, I took a chance on the avocado curry—not something I would typically order. The photo on the menu convinced me to try it, and I’m glad it did. It was outstanding. Creamy, vibrant, and beautifully composed, with the avocado adding a smooth richness that complemented the curry rather than overpowering it. It was flavorful, satisfying, and memorable.
Overall, the food was excellent, the service was thoughtful, and the experience felt elevated yet relaxed. Whether you’re a Thai food enthusiast or just exploring, you won’t be disappointed. This is a spot worth returning to.

What a great lunch, possibly the best chicken pad Thai my wife and I have ever had. The noodles were so soft and chicken cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef, and the restaurant for having such fresh ingredients. We also had their milk tea boba and pot stickers, so good! To top it off the staff was so nice and the restaurant was extremely clean. Top notch guys. They even liked our baby so much they gave him a stuffed animal. Will be back!

We randomly popped in to Taste of Thai and our expectations were exceeded!! I had the fried rice and Pad See Eew and loved both — amazing flavor and great portion sizes for the prices. I look forward to coming back here! Oh also, I tried the Thai ice tea with boba and it was delicious.

Built up an appetite while shopping at the nearby outlets and found this amazing Thai restaurant. We were starving and ordered several plates. The drunken noodles with beef were delicious, spicy but not overwhelming, and nicely prepared. The Tom Yum soup had several pieces of juicy shrimp, and wonderful flavor. My favorite entree was the pineapple curry with chicken, and the combination of yellow curry, chicken, fresh cut pineapple and peppers made for a perfect bite with some white rice. Never had it anywhere before. The mango sticky rice dessert was also amazing! The rice was greenish, and made wish pandan leaves I think(?), that gave it a wonderful sweet, fragrant flavor. We devoured it, even though we were so full lol great spot, must try when in Park City, especially after shopping at the outlets!

I probably would have dinged this restaurant 1 star because the dining room feels like an after thought and the service is kind of weak (honestly, this feels like a take out place that wants to offer a dine-in option). But my daughter thought the food was so good that she told me it would be wrong to leave anything short of all 5 stars.
I must admit, the Mango Sticky Rice was outstanding and my Chicken Pad Thai was as good as I’ve ever had it. The portions were big and the prices didn’t break the bank (a true feat in Park City).
Both the dining room and the bathroom were clean. We walked in without a reservation and they sat us immediately. (Although I will definitely say that it was COLD, since their dining room opens right onto the street.)

This has became a new favorite for us. My husband got the Red Curry, I got the Thai Fried Rice with Beef. The ingredients were fresh, portion sizes perfect and service was fast, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend. The vanilla mochi was so soft and delicious. It was vanilla bean ice cream, not French. We will be back. Thanks again!

I used to love to go to this place. Now they seem to have gone really cheap in terms of protein quantity. I’m so mad!
I ordered delivery through Uber eats on 3/13 around 5:45pm and there is litterally 4 pieces of meat in my Panang Curry. I know shrinkflation is real, but I didnt order a zucchini curry! Will skip going forward

As a local Park City realtor I’m always looking for good food beyond the tourist trap of Main Street. Taste of Thai is a small chain restaurant out of Salt Lake City, so it truly is local! I often get the pineapple curry and the pad Thai. Both dishes are incredible! My guests love the large yet cozy space. I split between takeout and eating in. Hidden in Kimball Junction, it’s a place for locals to dine, but I’m hoping this review inspires tourists to come outside of Main Street and try some of the amazing food!

We came in Sunday and had a great lunch. Staff was friendly and promptly got us a table and food. The shrimp pad Thai was very yummy. As well as the yellow curry. Not spicy and good flavors.
