We stopped to get a drink. My husband got an English Toffee Cappuccino. He would not drink it. It was a 16oz cup, half full of full strength Expresso and half cup steamed milk. It was awful. Not sweet, just an espresso with hot foam. I ordered a 16oz matcha latte, oat milk, cold. The drink looked like it was made with the water and splashed with oat milk. It was gritty like matcha can be if not made correctly. I drink matcha tea (using quality matcha) twice a week. I don’t use sugar, just a tsp of honey, and my tea does not have any grit, it’s smooth and very pleasant. My husband refused to drink the cappuccino, so I had to doctor it and drink it myself just to not waste our money. The service was wonderful, the young ladies were very polite and the atmosphere is welcoming. But unfortunately the drinks were not good which is so disappointing. I cannot give a good rating, we purchased drinks.

Got a gift card for Christmas. Had never been to Winans before. Just stopped in and the coffee aroma was a wonderful greeting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got an assortment of chocolates and didn’t get out of the parking lot without digging into the chocolate covered pretzels. Yum!!

Here for the first time and will definitely be back! I had the Caramelberry Latte with almond milk and my kiddo had a blue gummy. They were absolutely delicious! And the people here are amazing ❤️

Today I went through the winens and drive-through And received great customer service from an employee named Holly. I told Holly that I didn’t no, what kind of drink I wanted to surprise me. She made me this really delicious chocolatey drink, and it was so good. From the time she greeted me from the time I left she was very respectful and kind.

I’ve been a daily customer for a while now, and while the staff is always friendly and welcoming, the consistency of the drinks has become a real issue. Extra shots are often just eyeballed instead of measured, which means my coffee tastes different every day. Unfortunately, that kind of inconsistency makes it hard to justify coming back daily. Not to mention the extra cost!

I absolutely adore the coffee and chocolate at this place. Yes its expensive but well worth it. I didn’t give 5 stars because they are always more times then not, out of caramel pecan wurtle chocolates. So apparently other people adore them as well if they are constantly sold out lol.
Updated review 3 years after the above mentioned one. Service and standards have just gone downhill since i reviewed it 3 years ago. I have done other reviews of other coffee places in different states and I always compare it to my beloved Winans and now I’m just not using them as my standard any longer. MY hope is that Winans would really evaluate what is happening at their stores, to not have the once high quality and drinks they had at the start. Today getting a iced wurtle and it tasting like a watered down chocolate milk, I could have made at home. I poured it down the sink it was that terrible. That’s your signature drink? I wouldn’t be happy if I was in your shoes. Also your banana latte iced is totally amazing but yall always run out of ingredients to make things for customers. It’s not even noon and you don’t have inventory to make drinks. This has been a consistent issue at Sidney Winans. Your prices have always been high dollar and I don’t mind paying high dollar but not for low quality. I have higher expectations so please do better. I was severely heart broken today after I got my Wurtle that was measly chocolate milk. I just can’t

Sampler box was marked one price range up almost double the price that was marked on the box…. mentioned it to the girl and she was like, “That’s the wrong price.”
Gave her my phone number with rewards, and she didn’t add my rewards. She was very rude to me but overly friendly with the guy whom she waited on before me.
I’m not sure I will go back to this location….. Piqua is by far a much better location with better staff.
