This review is for the product, I mean, bad bad pizza. The worst I’ve ever seen at Papajjons. I truly feel sorry for the person who was alone in the store. She answers calls, is a cashier, makes pizzas, and delivers them. It’s impossible to deliver a good product under these conditions.

It was Papa John’s delivery so we weren’t expecting a lot. We got a pizza with mushroom pepper and sausage, it was meh but for cheaper delivery pizza on a weeknight it’s ok. The wings were a mistake, which I kinda knew when I ordered but I figured I would give it a try (hot and honey chipotle ).

On the evening of 08/31/2020, I ordered from Papa John’s Pizza at 2000 South University Ave. (Ste. C) Little Rock, AR. I asked to speak with the manager. After going around with the guy on the phone, he state that he was the manager and his name was “KP”. I explained that the pizza was not in good condition. It was tossed. He basically said the he didn’t want to give his name due to bad experiences. I told him that it doesn’t have anything to do with me! He said that he wanted to make it right. He stated that he wanted to make it over and offer me a 20 oz soda. I felt like he didn’t take my feelings in consideration. I also felt that the situation was not handled properly.

They were running an hour behind tonight, 4/19. And how did I know this? I called to see where my pizza was after more than 30minutes after the original delivery time and was put on ‘hold’ and listened to the employees talk about the orders and how far behind they were. Thank goodness they sent my delivery to doordash, no telling what time it would’ve gotten here otherwise.

The delivery driver for tonight (6/17/2024) was WONDERFUL!! But the “supervisor” as she called him was horrible!!! I placed an online order and because it was a bigger sized order being paid with cash, he deliverately LIED about calling to confirm my order!! I have NEVER EVER EVER not paid for my order when I place an online order. But for the “supervisor” to say that he called but the call was not in the call logs and to just cancel my order IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!! How do you expect to make money that way as a company?!?!? Thank you to the lady who answered the phone and went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY FOOD MADE QUICKLY AND ALSO TO DELIVER MY FOOD PROMPTLY!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE AND SOME PRAISE AND SOME MORE GIRL!!! AND SHE WAS SO POLITE! I HATE that I didn’t get her name to be able to compliment her to the higher power when I call them but they will know who she is!! Thanks Love you’re such a wonderful worker!!

I had to call about a messed up order from last night (3/7/2025), and I spoke to the manager, Clay. He helped me out and did what he was supposed to do. I appreciate your help, bud! this restaurant and it’s workers are too relaxed without a care in the world as to how they treat their customers or their workers. they don’t care about worker safety or customer safety. they don’t even glove up when they’re making someone’s food. and a mask? rare you see one of them.
