I ordered food here at 10:45 was told to come at 11:10 I come to the window the worker tell me 30 more minutes and closed the window in my face. So, I sit and wait til he opens it back up and then he tell me come back in 2 minutes it was 11:08 and closed the window in my face once more. The workers are very rude !! So, if you’re looking for a good place to eat it is definitely not here and the customer service is horrible!!

I always order on the phone so I don’t have to come inside because the employees are extremely rude. I come here quite often and today I had to go in and make a large order for myself and my coworkers and the guy up front was SO rude. He rolled his eyes as he walked up to the counter to take my order, he then argued with me about how many more sauces I was going to order and pretty much everything else I ordered like it was a complete bother for me to spend my $100 there. He then told the lady behind me who called her order in to make sure she places her large order online next time so they don’t have to do it inside. Lol Will neverrrr go back inside that place. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

The food is really good and the boss is really nice, but the guy that took my online order was not the nicest. We had a misunderstanding on the phone, when I was ordering I was also getting a RamuneJapanese Sprite and he said I would need to come inside to pick it out. I misunderstood and thought he ment just to pick the flavor, I did not know I was not being charged for it on my ticket and would have to pay separately. When I went through the drive through I asked for it and the boss gave it to me, the guy that took my order came over and was being really agressive with his tone and told me that he told me that I would have to come inside for it over the phone. The boss gave it to me for free, but that was not my intention. I really wish he would have talked nicer so I could have apologized and explained, but I have more of a freeze response due to a anxiety disorder, which was the reason I didn’t go inside to pick up the order in the first place, sometimes I have a day that I just can’t be around people like that because the thought of being around people makes me panic.

The food is spot on, delicious, and good portions. The service is always rushed and doesn’t really come off very friendly. I always order carry out because of this and the fact that it just doesn’t have good vibes with dine in.

We came to get sushi. There were a lot of options of sushi rolls on the menu- both basic and unique ones. The tables and chairs were very clean but the floors were sticky. Both of our rolls (the Mississippi and the fire mountain) had flavor but were incredibly mushy. Each of our rolls were $10.50 which isn’t outrageous, but the quality and display of our rolls was disappointing.

That’s it absolutely will not ever go here again. This is the second time that I’ve been to the drive-through window and the man that comes to the window. It’s very rude and disrespectful. The food that we ordered has pink sauce that comes with it or supposed to there was no pink sauce in the bag. I went around the building to come back to the drive-through window and I asked him for pink sauce or can we buy some pink sauce and he argued me up and down I showed him the bag That had the food in it and he just continued to be disrespectful

Do you see that little black box on the counter there that has the lid open? The guy that makes the sushi knocked it off the counter, and all the seaweed fell onto the floor. He walks around to where it is, picks it all up, puts it all back in that box, and sits it back on the counter to be reused. This happened right in front of us. The sushi was really good, but I almost threw up when I seen this. Be careful where you choose to eat at folks.
As we were leaving, he was making someone else’s sushi with the same seaweed. We told the folks. It was nasty! The workers just laughed about it as they made him grab new ones, but that box never got touched. I hate to make assumptions, but I figure they’ll wait until everyone leaves and still use it on someone else’s plate.
