The pizza is amazing. Generous portions, amazing price, kind people, and the order is always done between 15 to 20 minutes. I cannot recommend this pizza place enough. Give them a chance, they will NOT disappoint you. I actually think this is one of the best pizza places Bradford, Ontario has to offer. If you are new to Bradford, make sure to become a regular here, they take good care of their customers. Highly recommend.

The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of chewiness. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously spread across the pizza.They even threw in some extra garlic dip, which was a nice touch!

Tried their chicken shawarma tonight. It was great.
I had asked for toppings and they missed it. The restaurant owner called to apologize and asked if I wanted it delivered to me. I declined. I appreciated their attempt to make things right and that’s all that matters. They acknowledged and tried to correct.

First time trying Gino’s and I was disappointed. Really nothing special about the pizza. No flavor from the sauce or the dough. And their pepperoni is has to be the thinnest I’ve ever had on a pizza. Paid $2.25 for extra cheese and they either forgot or thats how they give it but it definitely wasn’t extra. Waste of money. I’m happy I only went there because I had a coupon but pissed I wasted $2.25 for extra cheese. There are way better pizza options in Bradford. This place is not for me.

Tried the tandoori paneer pizza – it looked good but didn’t live up to expectations. The taste was sour, and I was disappointed. To top it off, the Choco lava cake didn’t have any lava at all – it was dry and unappetising, and I couldn’t eat more than a spoon. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Called in at 3:20 to order a medium pepperoni, they said it is ready in 20 minutes.
Went to the store and there was no pizza ready and the attendant said your pizza is in the oven while he started making it.
Always order from Gino’s but it was my first time ordering from this location and would be the last time.
I understand it is winter but store floor has not been mopped for couple of days.

Honestly great place! Teens tend to trash the place up unfortunately but the prices are super good and the pizza is amazing. I love coming here and I also love how great customer service is and the employees. Everything is 10/10 for me but they could definitely clean more and those teens should definitely get told to stop trashing the place.
