My friends and I placed two seperate mobile orders of 4 chicken sandwiches in total before getting there. Got to the speaker and they said to pull up to the front of the store and someone would bring it out. Fine, no problem. I wait about 15 minutes at the front and at this point our orders have been in for a while and there’s been maybe two other cars briefly pull into the drive through. Pulled around again to ask about my orders cause I’ve been waiting a while and they barely answer the speaker. Girl catches an attitude with me saying the food needs to be dropped and if I don’t wanna wait then don’t DoorDash. Wasn’t a DoorDash anyway but ok. Pulled around the window where a nice older lady finally gets us our food in about 3 minutes. I apologized about being frustrated but what I don’t understand is how my order was in for over 20 minutes and they JUST dropped our food in the fryer? Ok. People here have a bad attitude and sound miserable.

It hurts to say this but im never eating popeyes agian. The last few times i came here the chicken was greasy tasted old, the fries were warm at best and the biscuit was hard not to mention the crew has horrible additudes towards their job I have never had any of these problems at chick fil a or raising canes. So now my top spot for bone in chicken is Ceana’s Cajun kitchen food is always fresh there and since they are a small business they always greet me with a smile and a great additude.

Can I give 0 stars ??!! My whole order was wrong. Only 1 item out of my order was partially correct. Waited in line 25 minutes for an order I made online. It was ice cold too when I finally got it !! Nothing in the order I could eat or even wanted to eat !!

Not at all what I think a new store would be. The food was okay, but the staff was very loud with conversations among themselves. The dinning room was not clean and I had to look for the cleanest dirty table to sit at.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich which I felt tasted a bit funny and the texture was almost rubbery. I assume maybe it wasn’t fully cooked. I did call and spoke with the manager and she did offer for another sandwich or a full refund, which I did return the following day for a refund. The manager on duty seemed to have had an attitude when I asked for a return and didn’t apologize or anything. The popcorn shrimp which I had to wait 15 minutes for was a bit overdone as well. Just over the past few times I have been to this location I haven’t an experience like this one. Won’t be returning to this location.

Went to Popeyes on Grand Caillou Rd and the service was great.. I think the young lady who took my order said her name is Keyon, she greeted me and thanked me with a smile, with no wait. That’s worth going from west (5mins from one) to east side.
