Ordered from here for dinner tonight. When I opened the bag and saw my shrimp toast I was furious! To say it was overcooked is an understatement. My shrimp toast was BLACK and I couldn’t taste the shrimp for the overbearing taste of charred food. Shame on Lucky House for letting that out the door. Last time ordering there!

The prices have gone way up here, used to be $8.99 a pop now everything is closer to $15. The food is OK. The bourbon chicken is so overcooked it’s like jerky. Battered fried meat is 75% batter. The fried rice doesn’t have the charred flavor anymore.
They charged me extra to get fried rice instead of steamed rice on a $45 order but if I had mentioned their “coupon” when ordering I would’ve gotten a free fried rice. Where’s the logic in that? Charge me extra for not claiming a free fried rice. I hate things like that.
The food is OK and it was great for $8.99 but their new prices just aren’t worth it.

Food is banging, place has no tables so you can’t eat there; there is just a small couch to wait for your takeout and my dude at the counter too busy cooking for small talk, just wants to know your order lol. Ask for hot/duck sauce if you need it because they only throw in soy by default; wings were a little overcooked.

This is the worst Chinese carry out I’ve ever been to. The Sweet and Sour chicken was disgusting, the rice was like eating plastic. My stomach and friends were screwed up for three days. I should’ve went to the hospital for food poisoning and sued them. The cashier was rude before we even opened our mouths, we should’ve left right then. We ordered separate but they put all of our orders in the same containers, so when got back to the shop we had to find something to separate our orders. Don’t waste your time and money going to this place. They have no respect for the customers. All they want is your money nothing else. Plus the prices is way too high for some poor quality food and service.

My boyfriend and I have been going to lucky house for several years! The food is great! The shrimp and broccoli is really good and I love the cheese steak subs. The tofu with vegetables is one of the best I’ve had ! Don’t forget to ask for your free item if you order over a certain amount! Customer service is great! The guys that take your order are funny! 100% recommend!

Great food made to order, very friendly and food was excellent. I got only an order of shrimp toast and 2 shrimp rolls but they were both really good! And you would be surprised how often a restaurant can mess up something as simple as shrimp toast!
