Donuts are not the greatest tasting in my opinion. My family members would rather get donuts elsewhere too. But the breakfast items taste good. Coffees are good. Not very warm and welcoming inside.

This is not the first time where they forget to add something to my order, both sandwiches without sausage after clearly adding sausage to my order. I do not have the time to go back every single time. I usually come here often for their coffee & coffee is great but repeated experiences like this definitely makes you lose customers .

I originally started to leave a bad review because they got my order all wrong. They handed me iced coffee’s instead of hot coffee’s even though I clearly stated I wanted 2 Toasted white chocolate lattes HOT! The girl looked confused and like she didn’t know what to do. I was in a hurry so I just told her never mind and compromised for the cold version of these drinks. I got a block away and realized they also forgot my son’s 10 piece munchkins so I had to go back. My son walked in and told her they forgot them and her reply was that no one ordered any munchkins (she didn’t even pull up our order to check). He came back to tell me what she said and I told him to go back and have her “pull the order.” When he went back in a younger woman named Courtney jumped in and said “are you waiting for the munchkins, assorted?” He said yes! She said “I’m getting them for you now.” She was super sweet and attentive to the customers. She even stopped to open the bathroom for my younger son. Shout out to Courtney for her excellent customer service and turning my 3 star review into a 5 star review.

Attended me her name is Serena not very friendly at all. I told her that I don’t buy junk food and I was asking her questions about different things and did not give me much information through the whole time. She didn’t even give me a smile.. I strongly believe that if you work with customers, you need to have a better personality.

This Dunkin’ was really clean and the staff was attentive. I like the modernness of the building and I’m glad to have a Dunkin’ nearby. I tried the pumpkin munchkins and I really enjoyed the flavor! I would say that this location has a good variety of options, you have your usuals (donut bars, cinnamon rolls, donut holes, circular donuts etc.), but they also have some special flavors during certain seasons. Hopefully this location can become a 24/7 spot soon!

Closed on Christmas with no sign.
Love Dunkin’, but had a frustrating experience today (Christmas). Their posted hours said open, and there was a long line of cars waiting in drive-thru. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we realized the store was closed and there was no sign anywhere indicating it. Please be more considerate and put up a clear “Closed” sign on holidays so people don’t wait for nothing! We felt sorry for the other cars waiting in the long line so we just ended up yelling at everyone telling them they are closed. Dunkin, you lost a lot of business today, check your cameras! We ended up going to Starbucks that’s open until 4pm.

I used the love coming to this Dunkin but the food now is either cold or cold and soggy. The food tastes like the oil has not been changed and to top it off looks like it’s not even cooked correctly. The customer service has fell off so bad and every time I get to the window they do not greet you nor do they help you with any questions/concerns. Seems as though they just try to get you out of the line and give you below average food/drinks.

The employees here are truly the best. All so sweet and have the best smiles. They are very knowledgeable about their donuts and great at answering questions about the different drinks they offer.
