The best!!! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and also planned a proposal for a friend here. Both experiences were 10/10 in all aspects.
Our anniversary was wonderful – when we walked in the table was decorated with cute petals and romantic mood lighting. We had appetizers like octopus and steak tartare, prime rib, scallops, various cocktails and their dessert – everything was plated beautifully and tasted fantastic!
We met the owner and he showed us the GORGEOUS downstairs. Previous restaurants that were here always had some kind of plan for the downstairs area but nothing was ever done with it – what Crafted did is phenomenal. It looks and feel like a high end and exclusive bar. It fills up very quick! The cocktails are out of this world as well! I had the Matcha-tini and it was beautifully made.
When planning the proposal, the owner, Neel, was attentive, courteous and went above and beyond. The staff cleared out an area for the happy couple and set up a gorgeous dinner for them outside. I could not have planned it better!! It was so romantic and beautiful. They truly made the moment that much more special.
I have never had a bad experience here – for your next occasion, event or even dinner, come here!!

Excellent food, service. While the middle of the week, not that busy, but the food here is amazing. Only complaint on food is portion size in scallops and the cheese on the asparagus. Most sides are additional fee, FYI.
Appetizer
Some bread was brought, small seed loaf and a pretzel with a type of honey butter, very good all around.
Crab cake, not a fried crab cake so much more soft than usual, an okay size.
Entrees
Riley, steak was cooked perfectly, they also provide sauces or toppers for additional, steak was perfect without. Served with a side of pickled red onions, very pleased with this. Side of lobster Mac and cheese with actual chunks of lobster! Pasta was like a cavatappi? So sauce stuck well. Asparagus tasted grill, cooked perfectly, only complaint was the parmesean kind of melted into a blob. A light shred with lemon zest would take it over the top.
Sea scallops were perfectly cooked, came with a vegetable medley, just wish there was a few more for the price. French onion soup was probably one of the better French onion soups I’ve had, highly recommended.
Not shown is the chocolate souffle cake, like a lava cake, would absolutely recommend.
Key lime cheesecake is like a no bake, nothing wrong with it, just not my preference.
Would absolutely recommend and will return for a future visit.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and had the absolute best experience. This steakhouse definitely fits the Clermont vibe. The food was incredible. My steak was perfectly seasoned and topped with a pile of crabmeat and cooked exactly how I asked. One of the better steaks that I’ve had in central Florida. The chopped salad and asparagus were so good! ….. and the bread pudding was the actual best bread pudding I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I loved it and am ready to go back for more.
The entire team was so attentive and customer oriented. Orpheo was an amazing server! We additionally had the chance to meet the General Manager, Neel and met the young, super impressive chef, as well! Overall, it was a top notch experience. We will be back for sure.

The word to describe the level of service for this place is thoughtful. I was impressed at how well they collaborate on details. Someone at the next table over had the hostess scatter rose petals as a surprise for someone’s girlfriend. I watched a person in training and even that was extremely thorough. The food was great!! I think the NY strip could have been better as it was slightly overcooked. But my ribeye was great. The downstairs portion of the bar was also the same level of service. The style of this building is so classy and definitely an evening date vibe. They have live jazz musicians performing upstairs as well.

We really enjoyed our experience at Crafted. Our server James took great care of us. The food was delicious and the presentation was amazing. It was a Thursday night and we were pleasantly surprised that they had a violin player who serenaded us at our table with the song “That’s Amore”, which it was…totally loved this restaurant!

We just came off a three week British cruise so we were used to really good food and this actually did not disappoint for being in Clermont. The staff was very attentive, although they seemed young and may be a bit inexperienced, the food was fresh, hot, beautifully presented, And the flavors are great. In fact we didn’t need any salt and pepper. Just hope that this restaurant can stick around longer than the other ones that have been at this location. Live Jazz was phenomenal!!

Every bite my husband and I had was delicious! We ordered seared scallops and snapper along with cocktails, wine, and dessert: a trio of crème brûlée with an espresso martini. They serve complimentary house made sourdough as well. The ambience is elegant with a jazz trio playing in the dining room and welcoming and professional service from every person we encountered. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the restaurant had a lounge downstairs where we enjoyed a nightcap after dinner. The lounge was beautifully decorated with low ceilings, luxe furnishings, romantic low lighting, and current club music at the perfect volume. We loved it and look forward to returning. The whole place would fit in in a big city, and it was a treat to have access to something so tasteful and sophisticated in Lake County. Our new go-to for date night.
