Terrible experience. Nobody came to the drive-thru speaker after 5 minutes, and when we finally got our food it was cold and dry. They completely got the order wrong and left out several items. We also believe the food may have been tampered with. The mashed potatoes smelled rancid. Overall, very concerning and disappointing. Do not eat here.

If you want dissatisfaction come here. Your order will always be wrong no matter what day it is, even when they’re not busy. The sauce you want they will ask but not put it in the bag. Spoon you need to eat half the sides well looks like your going to have to use a lid or your hands like a savage. Fast food work is not hard anyone who’s worked for a living knows it but everyone here has just gave up on the first day. Tacobell is across the street you will be fine eating there.

We dined in for the first time and the staff was fast and attentive, the food was hot and delicious! The new fried cheese curds were amazing! The price was fabulous, my husband and I shared a meal and both left happy and full for only $15! Will definitely return!

I just went through the drive thru and ordered 2-4 piece chicken tenders,and 1-3 piece chicken tender,and they gave me all 3 piece chicken tenders.
I don’t know what is so hard about listening to the order and putting it into the system. It apparently is also difficult to count. No wonder this location has such a junk rating.

This place is a joke. Sat in line at drive thru waiting to order while staff stood out in front smoking cigs. Was there for over 10 min. When I drove up to the staff smoking asked if the place was open the manger on duty was rude and unprofessional telling me to calm down that the drive thru was broken proceeded to tell staff inside there were cars in drive thru. Staff inside proceeded to take cars order behind me I had to drive around building back into drive thru wait another 5 min to order then get to window am told I need wait another 2/3 min for food it was being made fresh. Watched staff take order from drive thru that was broken then after waiting for food to finish I get handed car behind me food and told I need to wait another 4/5 min for my meal to be made. Staff walked around inside smiling and laughing at my expense. When I asked to speak to a manger I was belittled by a teenager. I called the store itself spoke to the manger on duty same one who was out front smoking who proceeded to tell me that I was lieing. I am extremely upset and will be reaching out to corporate to lodge formal complaint.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. We sat behind a car in the drive thru for 10 mins and no one had taken their order yet before we just decided to leave because it was clear no one was taking their order. When leaving we looked inside and no workers were seen or any customers. This is actually typical of this location. You wait forever to order and half the time it’s never right. We have tried to give the location multiple chances but they clearly are unable to provide service. Take your money across the street to Taco Bell, where you will actually get service l.

Last time we give this location our business and money. We haven’t had 1 good meal there yet. This time was the worst! Ordered 12 piece extra crispy meal. Most pieces of chicken had little to no crispy coating. The underside of every thigh was soggy with oil. The biscuits were hard and dry and were basically inedible. I asked for hot sauce and honey. Well, thank you for the 3 packets of honey and 1 packet of hot sauce for a 12 piece meal! I realize prices are crazy right now but I feel that we certainly didn’t not receive a meal worthy of $40.

I went to KFC in Macedon for lunch this afternoon as I work nearby. It had been a hectic day so I was really looking for a place to just relax and chill out, but this was not the place.
The music was really loud they were playing the spice girls and I remember thinking who picks this playlist.
My food came out about 10 minutes after I ordered and my chicken was really dark I asked them is this extra crispy and they said no it’s original so I’m thinking they just need to change their oil. I also got potato wedges that were very dry and hard and I considered bringing them back up but I didn’t want to make a scene.
For dessert I got a 10-piece apple popper and as I bit into it I noticed that the dough was raw so I took it back up and asked the girl how it was prepared and she says they are deep fried and I said well the dough is raw can you cook them longer she said okay I waited about 15 minutes and my food never reappeared since my lunch was about over I just left without my dessert at a loss of $6.
I won’t be returning to this location!

First off, I know this place just opened and they’re probably still shaking things out. That said, I think that the people who take the orders at the front counter should at least have some communication skills. After standing in line for 15+ minutes the girl taking my order was incoherent. I had to keep asking her to repeat and lean in. I was looking for a bucket of chicken, dark. She said there would be an extra charge for that. I told her that the website had the same price for dark or mixed. Then she asked me original or crispy. After I replied, she told me they were out of dark meat. That made no sense. I told her that’s what I came for and she just kind of shrugged. When I went to leave the line of cars for the drive-through was all the way around to the entry doors. So I found myself stuck in the drive-through. While waiting another employee came out so I asked her if they were really out of dark meat. She said they were, but were making more, so by the time I order it should be ready. At this point I was stuck in the drive-through traffic, so I decided to continue. It was 30+ minutes to get all the way through. The chicken wasn’t bad, but the legs seemed like they were missing some of the meat/coating. I’ll try again later, but be prepared for a wait if you’re there between 4P-6P. My neighbor went after 8P and said he was about 10 minutes going inside.

I gave this place another chance…I ordered the same thing, a bucket of chicken, dark meat only. I got mixed instead, after a 30 minute wait. Waste of $20.00
