This is my favorite sub restaurant, not only because the food is amazing, but because the staff is truly the best part.

Supposed to have cheese. Must be a tuna shortage. They really use it like there is. I don’t like lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. I’m not sure whose fault that is mine or theirs. But either way this sandwich isn’t worth 11 dollars. Had I paid 3 dollars I probably would’ve felt okay. But for 11 dollars stay away from the tuna. It’d be better made at home, for $1.50. 60 dollars in sandwiches. Over priced and not great taste.

Food was great, accommodating staff with our requests.
I’d suggest that there be a more clear order station.
The staff was behind glass and there was music blaring across the shop. I couldn’t hear myself think no less hear the staff that were trying to talk to me. They did turn it down and we had a nice chat while they made my sandwiches.

Incredibly disappointing recent experiences at this location. Terrible wait times on carry out. Have regularly had to wait 10-15 minutes past pick up times for app orders, recently 30 minutes. I would much rather go to the Port charlotte location these days

I placed an online order for 2 regular cheese steaks. They didn’t even think about my order until I walked through the door. Not one soul in the store yet I was told “we’re slammed..”. The order itself was horrible. Two sandwiches, one considerably smaller than the other. The steak was pushed on the bun all to one end so meat on one end, just bun on the other. Terrible service and sub par sandwiches… not up to normal Jersey Mike’s standards. I do not recommend this location one bit.

Never been to a one of these franchises before but I was happy with my chicken Philly minus green peppers. Tasty…we were first walk in customers…staff pleasant and helpful…from this experience I will be stopping at one again. Try these guys !!

This is how they sent me a cheese steak sub. Barley any meat and the sub roll was very thick. If your gonna try to fool customers, get smaller sub rolls. The taste was definitely lacking as well. Such a shame that they are the most expensive and you get this.
