Olivia’s in San Pancho, Nayarit is everything you want in a beachside restaurant and more. Nestled in this charming coastal community, it offers stunning ocean views that instantly set the mood. The food, drinks, and service are truly immaculate—every detail feels thoughtful and well done.
The piña coladas and tequila sunrises were absolutely on point—perfectly balanced and refreshing. And the nachos? Hands down some of the best I’ve had—I honestly wish nachos in the U.S. tasted this good.
Add live music by the beach and you have the perfect Sunday afternoon: relaxed, vibrant, and unforgettable. Olivia’s is a must-visit when you’re in San Pancho.

A great beach club, good food and drinks, but the music on the weekends really spoils it! It’s beautiful and peaceful listening to the waves, then the awful singer comes on. Just dreadful. Way too loud. Spoils the vibe completely.

The place was very pleasant and comfortable for spending the afternoon with the family. The food was delicious and enjoyable. It was a place you simply enjoyed being in. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels very peaceful. It has a very pleasant view. The service was very friendly. What really stood out about their food were the cocktails and their drinks; they were very refreshing. I highly recommend this place; you won’t regret it.

It looked like such a great spot on the beach with amazing reviews. Unfortunately, the food quality did not align to any other meal we have had in the area.
Our server was very kind and friendly.
The food was slow, three of us were done eating by the time the last two meals came out.
The ceviche did not taste fresh. The nachos were cold the chicken on them was hard.
The burger and fries were decent.

Everyone at Olivia’s is so great but Jenny is the best! She always makes sure we have fresh drinks and checks to make sure we have enough shade or sun. They are all so welcoming and attentive. Definitely check this place out when you come to San Pancho! You will not regret it

We had a great time having a leisurely weekday lunch at the beach. My husband and I are not seafood people (yes, I know, we live in seafood heaven), but when we have friends in town, we still like to give them the opportunity to enjoy los mariscos. My dad was visiting Puerto Vallarta for the first time, so we took him to San Pancho for lunch and tried Oliva’s based on their beachside spot and good reviews.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and my dad talked about how good the his meal was for days. My husband and I didn’t have high expectations for the arrachera tacos and burritos since that wasn’t their focus, but even they were very good. Loved my Piña Mezcalitas, too.
Friendly service, prices are a little high, but as expected for the scenery and town. We will definitely go back to Oliva’s when in San Pancho, even without guests.

Run, don’t walk to get a beach side spot at Oliva’s. Charming staff, a retreat from the sun plus the sound of waves, and the very freshest food. The shrimp quesadillas and frappuccino were the best thing I’ve had in Mexico. We’d be so lucky to have the chance to come back!

spent a lovely afternoon on the beach chairs in front of this restaurant. Period staff was friendly. Food was great and the attendant changed our umbrella several times to keep us out of the sun. We come back in a minute.

Edwin Palacios was our server on the beach here and our first time in San Pancho! We loved it here such a cute town and the beach is so clean and lively! This beachfront spot we tried Oliva’s 10/10 drinks and service! He was so personable and friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. Overall amazing experience and we had live music too so that was a nice touch! Highly recommend! Also Toulci was helping with the chairs and adjusting umbrellas on the beach he went above and beyond!
