I would have preferred no stars as a review. The security heavy white manager with glasses gave me burnt cheese sticks that only had cheese in the middle and the rest was greasy bread. When I told him this he told he that’s how it was supposed to look and told me to give the general manager a call. This is not the way to treat a customer. He should have remade the order to my liking.

I spent forty dollars on three pizzas and tipped nine dollars. We open the boxes and it is missing ingredients, barely has any cheese, and very little sauce. So I call, and got hung up on. I called back and after letting it ring for almost three minutes got hung up on again. I went to the store and the door is locked even though the store is open. There was an employee inside and I was just ignored. I typically don’t write reviews or think too much about these kind of things, but the disrespect and lack of service was so unbelievably disgusting.

This place is so inconsistent with the breadsticks. They were flat pieces of paper with NO BREAD inside when they’re literally BREADSTICKS. Crunchy and flat. Last time they were so skinny they looked like a box of bones and could barely eat them they were also so crunchy. Never had pizza issues just breadstick always messed up. Please do better if I’m paying almost $30-$40 for late dinner after work I would like some BEEF to my breadsticks for gods sake

This is the food I received 11/25/2023 the food was cold and not edible. I waited 3 hours for this food to get delivered to me looking like this I stay 10 mins away from Papa John’s so there’s no way my food should have been cold. I called back asking for a refund and was told I couldn’t get refunded I can only get a store credit I let the lady know that I would never be ordering from Papa John’s again so I don’t want store credit I want my money back. and it shouldn’t be a problem for me to receive my money after I have been delivered something like this. this is something I wouldn’t even feed to my child and it was for my child I haven’t touched the food it still looks the same way it was delivered and all I want is my money back customer service was poor they was very rude and gave me the runaround just for me to get this slop I am not happy nor am I satisfied with this

I went to Papa John’s pizza tonight. I ordered the NY style pizza. I was very disappointed. I ordered the NY style pizza . It was no way a NY pizza. The pizza was cold, The pizza looked like a normal size pizza. I tried calling to speak with the manager noone answered my called. So we just warmed 2 slices cause we paid our money and didn’t want to throw it away. I will never order this again. Sadly disappointed

I ordered four boxes of pizza two days in a row In this is my results to my order. Papa John’s starting to make me not never want to order from them again in the manager on Cervantes in Pensacola was so rude he basically argue with me about my order Michael is his name who claims to be a manager. Papa John’s need to close it doors I rated it zero and I buy pizza from them three four times out of the week. Half cook pizza is what they gave me in refuse to give My money back.
