I ordered and was missing part of my order. I called and spoke with a female employee explaining my issue. She told me to call the delivery company. I said ok but Arby’s packed the food for the delivery person. She said I did not do it. I replied but you answered the phone as a representative of Arby’s (I actually said this calmly and nicely as I understood she may not have an idea of my order). She hung up the phone. In attempting to reach Corporate they wanted all my information and when I did not give it t o them they wanted a credit card to charge 5 dollars for helping me. I THINK ARBYS IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

I ordered a French dip sandwich with jalapeño bites and Diet Coke. I got home and had a plane roast beef sandwich. I went back to your restaurant and ask for my French dip, I had to wait for several others to be served and when I got home this time I had a correct sandwich but NO sauce for dipping. Very disappointed.

Sat at the window for about 20 minutes and stared at the lady inside, sticking her fingers up her shirt, feeling her Stomach sitting on the front desk Giggling and talking to other coworkers she did not have gloves on and then proceeds to scoop fries into a bag. I was the only car in the drive-through I did not receive my change ended up driving away because it took so long and then when I ended up getting my food, it was cold and soggy. I really need Up your standards when it comes to hiring

I had the pleasure of being helped by Rita at the front register, and her customer service was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond in a way that truly made my day. You don’t meet people like her often — she’s genuine, patient, kind, and clearly cares about others. The world needs more people like Rita, and this business is lucky to have her. She reminded me that humanity and kindness still exist. You truly never know what somebody’s going through the answers be kind and she surpassed that!

Crazy. October 14 , 5 pm. I was the only customer at drive-thru. They asked me to pull forward I was confused I asked why. He told me he had a timer. This was somehow my problem? The guy got real rude and confrontational about it. I get it they have a timer to measure efficiency. I got to play the game to help them distort the reality? It’s ridiculous.

On August 23, I put in a $23 order for myself and my employees. When I went to pick the order up, the police had the entire situation surrounded and I was not able to pick up my food. I have tried to go through the online resources, but I have had no luck. Tonight I put in a new order and when I went to the window, the beautiful and lovely person that was working said that she would try to help me, but the manager was not willing to. I am not certain why a place is OK with someone Spending $23, not being able to pick up that food, and then not being able to rectify that situation. I would like to very much emphasize that the workers that I encounter tonight were absolute gems, some of the sweetest kindest and most considerate people. I wish the manager was the same.
The two people that did help me deserve all the raises in the world. If you are going to this location, just keep in mind that the manager does not care about you, But at least the employees do, and the food was hot and fresh!
