I ordered a Spinach and Feta. Spinach and Feta pizzas are supposed to have an Alfredo sauce base unless specified. They also DO NOT have olives unless added. Guess what I got? Just the most disgusting pizza I have ever tried. I had never been to this location. I was on my way to Lubbock and I got hungry. They took a long time making the pizza. The whole place was dirty. I could not hear the employee quite literally whispering to me. I could hear her when she was taking a call though. I cried and threw up from how terrible that pizza was. Glad to say I will never be going back to this specific location. I always get the Spinach and Feta, I almost know the contents by heart. This was so disappointing.

Usually this place is great. We order delivery from them 2-3 times per month and only once before we got cold pizza and they made it right. Today we get this served this atrocity. Almost 25% of the pizza had no toppings, just one giant crunchy burnt bubble spanning two slices. Fine, mistakes happen, whatever, move on. But then we get to the “lava” cakes. The outside maybe 1/4 inch was baked, the rest was raw dough. We order the cakes when we want a little extra treat that day, and so far every other time they have tasted amazing. Today they look more like cow patties than cakes. While tracking our order, this order was stuck on “Quality Check” for 17 minutes. I shudder to think what we would have been served had they only checked over the order for 16 minutes! When my wife called the local number to complain the guy answering sounded like he could not care less about anything in the world, claiming that raw cakes were impossible and that pizza was always covered in toppings. He asked if she had taken pictures, she says yes. He says he will send a number to send the pictures to, and then hung up while my wife was still talking. Have yet to receive the number. I know people have bad days and make mistakes but refusing to listen and hanging up without letting a customer finish is too much.

We went and got two separate orders, one was ready fast and mine was not. We waited 40 minutes total from when we got there to get wings and a pasta. The short Hispanic woman also had an attitude and told us to pull in the front we waited an extra 10 minutes and never got the food brought to us. Our truck was visible so there was no way they didn’t see us. We eventually had to walk in and get the order even tho we originally went through drive through. I also had to sadly reheat my food when I got home.
