Ordered the Phillie Cheese Steak Papadia and it has no meet and it just a small pizza folded over. It all seems old. This was terrible never ordering here again wish I checked the reviews. (Delivery guy was nice but besides that 0 stars)

I’ve always ordered from this location. But I haven’t in a long time. Please look a the 2 photos. I ordered SPICY Italian sausage and I received REGULAR italian sausage. I order online and the website CLEARLY gave me a choice to select the meat toppings. The guy on the phone didn’t even know how to speak correct English. He insisted that they only had Italian sausage or regular sausage. NOT spicy Italian sausage. He hung up on me. Didn’t even said he was sorry of offered anything. I did NOT want a refund or a free pizza. I wanted what I ordered. I will NEVER AGAIN order pizza from Papa John’s. NEVER.

I tried to order online, and the website just doesn’t work. I click “checkout” and I get a generic error page that looks less baked than their pizzas. Both options are the same, and the second option doesn’t even work! I’ve had pizza from here before, but I guess I just can’t order again. Thanks for saving me the time, Papa John’s.

I usually order pizza from this place, but today I had a very bad experience.
A kid was working there and seemed completely confused and unaware of what was going on. I placed my order over an hour earlier, and when I went to pick it up, he told me the pizza would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting, there was still no update.
When I asked to cancel my order, he handed me pizzas that were already prepared and had been sitting on the order line. This was unacceptable and very disappointing.

All three of these pizzas are supposed to be medium 2 topping, which, according to the website, should be 12 inches. These puny little pizzas are BARELY 10 inches and were not enough to feed the family on super bowl sunday papa John’s has really gotten stingy and falsely advertise what a MEDIUM pizza is.

There’s a new ownership about 2 months ago and then nickel and dime you for everything, including seasonings. The quality of the food was garbage and the team members are extremely rude. To Simply put this, they don’t care.

BETTER INGREDIENTS DON’T MATTER IF THE PIZZA ISN’T COOKED. More than half the time the pizza isn’t cooked all the way and I just get stuck with this RUBBERY cheese on SOGGY bread. This used to never happen and now it happens over half the time I order. Done ordering from y’all now.
