Went to Restaurant # D016004 at 32032 Camino Capistrano. Ticket # is 2307 on Feb 8 at 7:43 pm. Order total amount was $50.63. The extra crispy 12 Piece chicken served was extremely salty. This is the first time I ordered from the Store. It seems extra salt was added , way salty than it should have been. My kids and I couldn’t eat it, had to throw our dinner entirely. Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I need my refund please. Thanks.

This KFC here in San Juan Capistrano is always good! The food is always hot and the employees are friendly! It’s a matter of opinion if you think the food is better else where, but I go here specifically because of the service!

worker has her kids running around screaming. i was waiting for my order and she did not announce it. waited for 15 minutes before i went up and asked for it. she said oh its been ready. food is cold and so i asked for her if they could remake it. they said no sorry. crazy that she can bring unsupervised children inside the store during operating hours and then refuse to help me out wiyh my food because she wasn’t attentive. will create a consumer report and get an attorney for child endangerment

I called in to place an order, the girl who answered the phone said that they don’t take orders through the phone which I understand. I then asked her nicely if they could at least have some hot wings ready within the next 20 minutes so by the time I’ll get there they could be ready because every time I go and order wings at the counter I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. She was really rude and said that they cannot do that and just hung up the phone on me. This is such a bad customer service and the management should take actions to correct it. When I got to the store I just turned around and left, this place was dirty and had trash everywhere. the girl at the register had really bad presentation to be working in a restaurant. it seemed like she just woke up and went straight to work. honestly this has been a really bad experience for me and i would not recommend to go to this place.

KFC food is KFC!! It’s pretty good. But we arrived at this KFC around 6:30pm on a Tuesday. 2 other customers in the restaurant, no on in line ahead of us….and ordered a standard 16 piece bucket of chicken off the menu. We were told that it would take over 35 minutes to prepare because they were having a slow night and hadn’t cooked ANY in advance!!! Seriously? This is a main menu item and it’s dinner time!! I was stunned. But I needed the chicken for the next day so I decided to wait. I ordered a 2 piece meal for myself. (They did have 2 pieces ready) But the server wasn’t clear on what came with the 2 piece dinner that was posted ON THE MENU and asked if I wanted a drink for an additional charge. I said no, just a cup of water. She said they didn’t have cups of water.!?!? Finally another employee jumped in and corrected her….drinks come with the meal and they have water. I did eventually get my bucket and had a tasty albeit artery clogging dinner but I won’t be going back to the KFC. That wait and the service were ridiculous!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt as if this time I had to. Like another reviewer had said, “Food was under fried and not fresh”. They are not wrong. Been going to this location for years and never had a problem.
Got a famous bowl off them, food was not fried, breading fell off on the popcorn chicken. Best of all, I got food poisoning from this trash.
Better to go to the Chick-fil-A just around the block. Hell of a lot better than this restaurant now. Should have gone there instead of eating this piece of garbage food. Their quality has gone DOWN HILL!

I ordered a 4 piece ALL WHITE which would be probably 2 wings and 2 breasts. The cashier asked me twice sing breast thigh and leg? I repeated 2times! Got home and there was a wing, breast, leg and thigh!!! Additionally original was not available. I was in there 3 times in a week and they had no original. Tonight I settled for crispy, I will be driving to Popeyes in the future!!
