The artist with the long hair goatee and gauges was absolutely rude. I came in there at 5:30 and he told me if I order anything after 8:00 I cannot pick it up never been in this location And he asked me multiple times rudely if I understand what l he said this guy needs to get retrained on customer service or reported to the owners

Would highly recommend!! Today I took my daughter and her best friend to have lunch, after church today. The restaurant was so clean.The bathroom was so clean. Rick was very prompt with Delivering us our food with a very big smile on his face. Anytime, One of the kids asked for something or myself.Did he was quit to get it. How to say this is one of the best Experiences that i’ve had at a Subway!!! Thank you Rick keep up the Hard work We had the footlong dippers and we tried chicken which are poultry and ranch they were very good. We also had a foot long chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was very good I just have to say 41 person working at this restaurant running The whole store online orders, Drive through and walk in there is not anyone waiting and he’s doing amazing!!

For a restaurant like Subway, which has scheduled orders and expected pick-up times in the app, having your doors open for mobile pick-up orders at all operating hours should be mandatory. Having to wait in line in front of several other people getting their sandwiches made at a drive-thru just because it’s late when your food is already done and sitting out is a horrible customer experience. When you are being told to arrive at a certain time, you should not have to wait in front of other people making brand new orders.

I don’t know what they are trying to pull over here, but thank goodness I looked at my kids sandwich before they ate it, because the bacon was PINK AND UNDERCOOKED!! What?! WHY?!
We had to put the bacon in the oven just to finish cooking, and throw away the rest of the sandwich, in case it was contaminated with salmonella or who knows what you get from raw bacon. I am beyond upset. I may have to contact corporate or the Indiana FTC. ‍♀️

I was told they are having to cut back on the amount of vegetables they put on the sandwiches! I only got a few olives. VERY UPSETTING! if I’m paying $29 for me and my husbands food I wanna be able to put extra olives on my SUB! If this is true I’d be better off making subs at home for this price. Adding all the olives I want.

My fiancée and I just ate at this location tonight we both got meatball footlongs . The footlongs were not even cut in half like there supposed to be. I asked for green pepper, oregano, Parmesan, and for my sandwich to be toasted . Absolutely got none of that! Which should have been a red flag when this subway location has only 3.7 stars. And it honestly just didn’t taste that good. Won’t be back.

Night shift is so rude. I literally sat in line in the drive-thru for 15 mins when it was my turn to order I was informed that they weren’t taking anymore orders. They have done this twice at separate times now. The girl who works night shift has a very horrible attitude and is just down right snotty.
