I just got done. Ice fishing decided to order Pizza man. Thinking it was classic man Pizza in Little Canada. Unfortunately the gentleman who answered the phone was already rude. I place a order for a pizza for the canadian bacon and pineapple.I call back two seconds later to add sausage and green peppers and the gentleman just responded to me and said, we’re just going to cancel my order.And hung up the phone on me. I can clearly understand why your brother floyd.Helverson’s classic pizza man restaurant in little canada is more successful than yours. Moving forward, I would never order from you all.I would not recommend this place and if you really want good pizza, I will call your brother floyd halverson, because his kindness goes a long ways.And him and his staff are very much friendly And his staff are not as rude as you were. All this is over me Calling you back two seconds later.Just to add two more toppings to my pizza.Maybe you should get out of the food industry Business.

I ordered tonight and there was a hiccup with the delivery (all door dash’s fault, jerks) but the owner called me to inform me about the hiccup and was going to have someone come out to deliver. Absolutely the -best- customer service. The pizza was incredible and the fried tacos were banging. I just moved to the area and now I have my new pizza place. Will order again!

Since our regular pizzeria closed, we have been looking for another great place to get pizza. We decided to try Pizza Man as the majority of the reviews are great. I called in and was quickly answered with an on point estimated time of completion of my order. In previous reviews, people commented on the interior lighting situation. Honestly, it doesn’t matter how a business chooses to conduct their internal affairs as long as they take care of the customer and provide a good product. In this case, Erik did a fantastic job with the pizzas and they taste amazing. If you’re a cheese lover, this place is for you! The pies come loaded, so make sure you’re ready to eat. As soon as I opened the door, Erik greeted me up front with the pizzas and we had a nice conversation. It’s very rare that a business will ask about the customer in order to build a relationship and better serve them in the future. I highly recommend giving Pizza Man Vadnais Heights a try and you will see for yourself how good pizza can be when someone cares about their customers and their product!

I ordered a 16″ pizza with 3 toppings for pick up on a busy Friday night; he said it would be about an hour, but he called me back in 40 min to say it would be ready in 5 min. I appreciated the communication and the faster- than-promised service. The pizza was loaded with toppings – it was the heaviest pizza I have ever carried! Thin chewy crust; sauce is mild but flavorful. Toppings were generous and delicious – so cheesy. A very good value. Run don’t walk to order now from Pizza Man Vadnais Heights

Pizza showed up cold, didn’t look like it was cooked. The cheese bread definitely wasn’t cooked all the way. Driver went to the wrong address. This is the first Pizza man I’ve ever ordered from that. Didn’t look like a Pizza man. Pizza did not taste like it. 43 bucks for a large Pizza and cheese bread that we had to finish cooking.

Google had said that pizza man at the little canda vandalis heights was open we drove out of our way to go there and they were long closed it looked like. No cars even around false advertisement of store hours very disappointed waste of time and gas and set us back on our trip going out of our way.

Just went today because it was Labor Day weekend and I only live about 5 minutes drive away, I’ll be honest as first I was skeptical because of some reviews, but Erik was very nice and welcoming.the pizza was great and the marinara sauce was phenomenal. It was a convenient treat for Labor Day weekend, Costed 40 dollars to feed 3 people, great for what it is!

I had been playing volleyball all day and went back to the hotel to order food and found the pizza man, so I tried to place an order but the kitchen was closed and I had to find food somewhere else. The next day I got a call from pizza man apologizing for not being able to service me and offered me a discount if I’m ever in town again. In this moment I couldn’t believe they called me and did this . No food place has ever dis this for me and I am greatful and when I come back in town I will take the offer they gave me. I love great customer service and follow up. Thanks pizza man you are top tier in my book, passionate and serious about service this is awesome
