I will not order from here again. After waiting an hour and a half with no status of my delivery order, I called and they said that due to a problem on their end, my online order didn’t go through and they had to get corporate involved to fix it. Why didnt they call and tell me this?? The order was finally delivered two hours after I placed it, with no apologies or offers to discount our order. I’m only 3 miles from their restaurant. This is yet another example of how chain restaurants in our area can’t seem to get anything right. Ever.

Just no cheese and barely warm. Warm isn’t a big issue because it it’s winter and I know the drivers have to make multiple stops, but I do expect cheese. Barely mediocre. I don’t submit many reviews so I don’t know how to attach a pic or if you can even do that but I would say 3/8 pieces are what I consider pizza – meaning they have cheese. I wouldn’t order from this location if I were you. I doubt I will again.

Don’t order here, not helpful. If you do order just order through door dash, they use their delivery service anyway. At least you know who to contact if you order is wack.

Easy ordering. Great selection and you can easily add extra like cheese and sauce. Upsize is available too. Delivery was on time as they stated at time of order. Food was good and hot when I opened it. The jalapeño poppers were great. I hadn’t heard of Papadias but ordered a sausage and a pepperoni. Really good! That garlic sauce is to die for, I could literally drink it. I’ll be ordering again soon.

I placed an order at 7:21 pm after a little more than and hour and a half later my tracking showed my food was still in the “making” phase. So I called the store at 8:54 pm to be told it doesnt show received in their system until 9:30 pm unsure how thats possible when thats half an hour in the future. The man I speak to says he will expedite the order and get it out. After another 40 minutes at 9:39 pm my order finally gets delivered. But when I open the boxes this is what I see. Our food was thrown and all the toppings in the corner of the box nothing left on the dough but the sauce. This is 100% unacceptable to conduct business or treat customers in this manner. I am beyond upset with the service I received from papa johns tonight.

I ordered thru uber eats and somehow my order was picked up by someone else or some confusion, i got into contact with uber and ordered again, and finally received my order! it came with a surprise as well! thankyou to whoever wrote this kind little message as i just arrived to my hotel after driving 14 hours from dallas TX! definitely a start on the right foot! thankyou so much!
