Accidentally missed the drive thru screen (I thought it was just a menu and there was a screen around the corner) apologized to the staff and the man rolled his eyes at me and wouldn’t talk, another woman stopped to stare at me and give me dirty looks, I apologized it was truly an accident, the man took my order but ignored me and said nothing. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and have never been treated so poorly by staff. Highly disappointed in this location, will not be returning.

Ordered a mobile order and when I picked up my drink I tried to ask for a straw but nobody acknowledged my presence at the pickup counter. I then walked to the register but the staff member was walking away so I tried to ask for a straw but was ignored. I then tried to ask another staff member with their back to me if I could get a straw but no response. Finally, I walked back to the end of the pickup area and waited for the staff member to turn around so I could get their attention and when she turned look at me she stated, “were you just going to stare at me.” To which I replied, “Well, nobody here acknowledges the customer so I’m not sure how to get any help.” She then gave me my straw and I walked back my table only to try my drink and realize it wasn’t the correct drink. I won’t bore you with the rest of my story but suffice it to say the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I was getting a $1.99 coffee at the local gas station that’s one thing but when you’re paying $6 you expect a tad more.

Once upon a time, this was such a great location with fun and friendly staff. Now, not so much. 9/10 times staff are indifferent or sadly, downright rude. This store is not accomodating and without exception stingy. Perhaps it is the management? I have visited Starbuck’s locations in several states and honestly think this one is the worst!

I ordered a grande drink and they mistake the person in front of me with my order. The person in front of me has my drink in their car for good 3 min before they realize the mistake and hand it back. The person working the drive through gives me the drink that was sitting in there car but with no cold foam like I ordered they fix that and hand me the drink back with the lid off. The drink spills in my car. I drove off only to realize that they gave me a tall instead of a grande.
