Just ordered from here thru Uber eats and they canceled my order when i called didn’t answer so probably they don’t want to serve us on this busy say for wings so i will take my business somewhere else for now on. Lost a good customer going there for the longest of years for my convenience it was close to me now i will go a little far Buffalo Wild wings. Good luck. Plus your service has gone down in this past months too.

I typically don’t write reviews unless my experience is pretty bad, and I will say, I will never order wings from Wingstop again for pickup or delivery. They advertised free delivery on a Saturday, I ordered a decently sized order for delivery and was never provided tracking information, just a confirmation email for my order and expected delivery time. I waited until the order was about 30 mins late and called the store to ask about the status of the order and was told that it was picked up by the driver and they were not sure of when it would be delivered, but to keep waiting. Another 30-45 mins passed and we called again to be told that they guessed the order was probably stolen by the Dasher and they would just talk to the GM and issue me a refund. We asked if they could just re-make the order for us to pickup and were told no, we had to place the order again. We placed the same exact order for pickup, no issues, and was keeping an eye out for my refund. I called the store on Monday to confirm my refund and spoke to the GM who let me know he would look into it and give me a call in 20 mins. 2 hours passed so I called back and was basically told the order was delivered by door dash and that there was nothing they could do. I had to fight door dash myself if I wanted the refund, even though the GM said he was looking at the picture proof the order was delivered, he wouldn’t send it to me and could provide no identifying information that the order was delivered to the correct location. I then called Door Dash after I was advised to by the store who said they couldn’t help me with refund, they let me know that wasn’t right and connected me to Wingstop customer service who said they would have leadership give me a call. Never received a call two days later and so I called once again for an update. Representative let me know that it would take 4 business days for the escalation to go through. So here I am, paid twice for the same order, and only received one with so much back and forth, I am exhausted of dealing with this business.

Amazing food. I always enjoy getting boneless original hot wings and fries, which are great! Below average service, however, normally taking about 15-30 minutes to bring out smaller orders. One thing besides service is dislike is that another container of ranch is not free. It is $2. Not worth it, which is unfortunate considering how great their food is!

We are from out of town and stopped to get Wingstop. Anthony, the boy at the front who took our order was so wonderful and kind. We were so so impressed by him. He was an incredibly hard worker and was doing absolutely everything from taking orders, putting together to-go’s, cleaning the dining room, and unboxing supplies. We ate inside and it was clean and sanitary and our food was wonderful. Could not recommend this location enough.

Found out there was a Wingstop in good driving distance…. so, we went out to get some chicken. Love the lemon pepper seasoning and we tried the new “thighs” this go round. A little disappointed with the thighs as I thought they would be regular sized but the batch I had was smaller than a regular sized thigh.

Delicious, hot wings! The ladies who work here were very patient answering my many questions about the different combos and group packs. I don’t eat wings often, but this place is great, especially if you have a crowd to feed. Perfect for a to-go order on game day! I reccomend the Spicy Korean Q flavor and also the lemon pepper. This store is very clean and currently offers delivery.

I don’t get what everyone likes about this place. No one is ever happy to serve you food and the food lacks effort. The boneless wings have a breading that’s like fazolis or pizza hut. The chicken itself they don’t trim so you get cartilage and fat. One piece was almost all fat. It’s quite misleading in the advertisements. The cost for what you get is definitely not worth it. The fries though they were better than most other places in the area. I did not finish my plate nor did my friend that ate with me. The only thing I completely finished was my strawberry lemonade and that was just out of a machine and I was thirsty. All in all I will go anywhere else for wings.
