Daniel greeted us with a smile upon walking in and engaged in conversation with my son about his hat. Food was accurate and served fresh and hot, quickly. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming.

My first visit to a Big John location. Should have tried this a long time ago! Subs and sides are fresh and delicious. Counter staff very friendly and welcoming. Order was made quickly. There is a small dining area as well as outdoor seating.

They really need an update. Their cc machine takes forever, and they can never hear me in the drive thru speaker. The staff does the best they can with the rush. But some updated stuff could help speed things up a bit.

We had never heard of this place. It was 10 mins until close, and we had just rolled into town and needed some food.
Big John’s stood out as something different. The lady on the speaker was so nice and helped us navigate the menu. We got the 16 deluxe mushrooms and cheese. It was huge! We couldn’t finish it.the meat was so tender and flavorful.
We will go back the next time we see one!

The speaker is horrible. I had to repeat myself 3 times and the poor girl had to come out to my car to take my order. I was literally yelling at the speaker with my order, I felt bad because of how loud I had to yell and when she came out she still had it wrong. They really need a new speaker. Because on my end I was plugging my ears with how loud the speaker was. Screeching and yet they were unable to hear me….

We went thru the drive thru for lunch. We looked at the online menu-which didn’t showcase all of the steak subs. So when my husband asked first a steak sub, the guy asked him “which one? One thru 8?” We got a huge laugh out of that!
Hubby ordered a 16″ steak and I got a 6″ philly chicken.
Drive thru service was prompt & polite.
Hubby really liked his sub, my sub was delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, everything was just proportionally perfect!
We got the kettle chips to go with the sandwiches. They have just a little bit of kick.

Very disappointed i asked for the white sauce and they gave me RED sauce for my sandwich…. that’s why you always check the bag before you leave don’t make my mistake… People must be color blind … and not know the difference between the two …. sorry just a hangry old man …. Not cool
