We got the Deep fried Musubi (delish!) meal and a spicy poke bowl. The meal was much heavier than we were thinking it was going to be. That was the only downfall. They are busy so it’ll take a little time but the staff was super pleasant!
The deep fried musubi was frid to perfection- highly recommend asking for Sriracha!

We got the lifeguard bento and it’s some of the best musubi I’ve had among the Hawaii islands and there was only like a 10 minute wait.

I cannot recommend this truck more, the poke and tots were also amazing. Get the tots with the sauce, you won’t regret it.

First place we went to eat on the island. Delicious food. We were there around 2 pm, so no crowds. Quick ordering, fast service. We got the deep fried musubi, the OG Musubi, the poke bowl, and the truffle tater tots. Everything was fantastic.

This is the best Musubi truck I’ve ever been to. I really recommend it because they make the Musubi fresh when you order it and I like that the spam is in the middle of two layers of rice with delicious sauce. There is a nice shaded area with good seating in front. Only complaint is the flies. But the roosters and baby kitten we saw made up for it.

Great little truck with solid Musubi. First place I’ve seen or tried deep fried spam musubi and it’s amazing! I really enjoyed their ‘spam’, can’t quite explain why it tastes so much better than others. The tots are solid and hit the spot while we were there. It can be a wait, even when there is not a crowd so don’t expect it to necessarily be grab-and-go! Service was fine, better than most in the area. They were regularly sold out of at least 2 items on the menu every day. Katsu roll was a disappointment. The spicy sauce was highly recommended by our dive folks but I didn’t feel it added anything.

Too often I see reviews complaining about the price and not the food. Don’t eat out if you’re worried about spending a dime or two – more for me and the rest of the foodies.

This place is golden. Loved the Lifeguard Bento Box and everything about the location. They have a grass or turf section next to the truck for picnics and the sorts.

Highly recommend.

The deep fried Musubi was honestly next level. Maybe the best thing I ate in Kauai. Service was awesome too. The whole experience was 10/10.

Tried this food truck for the first time and it did not disappoint! We ordered the spam musubi and a bento box — both were delicious. The truck is set up under a big mango tree, with lots of fallen mangoes around, giving it a fun, local vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

Really wanted to love this place but we have had better around the island.

Rice texture is not good.

Spam musubi, the rice again not good, sauce not well distributed

Hapa : spicy was ok. The ahi lacked depth of flavor. Way too many onions.

Service was friendly until we were accused of feeding chickens when it jumped on our table to try take our food.

Tables should have spray bottles.
All in all just ok for me.

Unfortunately we got sick as well 🙁

Not a huge Musubi fan personally and I’ve eaten here three times this week the deep fried Musubi is something else. Big, filling portions that do not disappoint!
