If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed an order via phone for delivery. When I received my food and my order was wrong. I went to the store to get it remade. The store manager refused to remake my pizza. Said it “would take an hour because I have pizzas coming in”. I said ok, well can I get a refund “I can give you a store credit but it will take an hour. I can’t do it right now.” Everything was going to take an hour. Needless to say, waited forever for my food and then couldn’t eat it due to a food allergy. We’ll never be back and I will make sure to tell everyone not to order from this store!!! Absolutely a waste of time and money. Not ok!

I ordered on-line through your app. and noticed Pizza was pretty late so I called to inquire. Was told it was already delivered so we went looking and found it left in front of our neighbors door. Brought it in and It was cold so I let the employee know that while still on the phone. Was told by his manger standing there with him to contract door dash.. I didn’t order through door dash. Your company hired them.. you should take accountability for YOUR contract employees because that’s what they are.

Cinnamon sticks. The tavern pizza was horrible. I didn’t like it at all. It was dry and tasted like cardboard. I usually like Pizza Hut I’m very disappointed at the service. All they did was send another pizza and it had no sauce again and then they said there was another one with no sauce again I don’t know what’s going on over there but they need to fix this problem ASAP and I would like my refund too. I don’t ask for a refund but dinner should be a good time to eat dinner at night. With your family and enjoy yourself the way it is it’s so expensive nowadays I won’t come back there for awhile

They messed up our order. Then they did not want to fix the 1st pizza so it was cold. They would not give us a refund. It was all our fault this happened like this. What happened to customer service. No one seems to know what that is any more. Don’t go there unless you like to be up set to eat.

Ordered one of the deals through the app. The store delivered my pizza but had unfortunately run out of medium thin crust pizza so it wasn’t delivered, but Theo the assistant manager was able to upgrade me to a large pizza and get it delivered in less than 10 minutes!

I came back to Wyoming to give Pizza Hut another shot. Upon arriving to this location I had to issues, whatsoever. I was greeted and ordered flawless.

I ordered one order of breadsticks when I came to pick up my breadsticks and no seasoning on them I paid for an extra sauce, had to go back in to get it once I realized my breadsticks had no seasoning and then since anything fell off as soon as I tried to pull one bread stick off be worst Pizza Hut ever

Place isnt what it used to be and not for the better. Ordered delivery and yet again the order was incorrect, the order went through the staff and the doordash driver and the order was still incorrect. Called and the manager and he made things right but had to wait over an hour+ to get the remaining items.

Ordered 16 boneless with the new sauce, and I got 16 bone in with no sauce, then they sent me 8 bone in with sauce…….everything else was good but…….oh and they refused to give me a refund for the wings!!!!
