Team members more interested in talking each other than to warm up the burger. The best I can say is get something hot off the Loves roller grill or Subway. Best I can say is just don’t.

It’s OK, attached to Love’s truck stop. Not a fan of their fries but most of the burgers are decent. Staff was polite and friendly. Definitely better food options 15min away but if you’re there and hungry it gets the job done

The burgers was subpar but the chicken tenders weren’t bad, weren’t great but not bad. First time coming and breakfast looked yummy and my husband said in Cali they serve breakfast all day but I guess they dont here so I settled for just trying thw burger and husband got the tenders as a surprise. Won’t go back for a burger but I will chance them again for the breakfast. Hopefully they redeem themselves with Breakfast at least. Burger dry and lacking flavor.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this place at all costs. Get some roller dogs in loves or subway, but this place doesn’t deserve your money.
Got in a pinch and had to go get this for my family. We chose it to be quick and close to home (about 6 minute drive). We got 2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, and fries. ALL food, was cold and dry, chicken was chewy, burgers tasted like theyve been in a warmer all day, fries were cold and chalky, and that’s not the worst part… A worker handed my drink out, forgot to put the top on, and spilled about 1/4 of it into my car door and coat sleeve (it’s winter, so waterproof at that) soaking my shirt underneath. Whether than being any sort of professional, he blamed the cup, the cap (3x), anything but himself. No napkins were offered, didn’t even refill the drink. Just turned back and put the cap on that was never on in the first place, checked it, gave it to me, and walked away… THEN handed my food out and said “I think you’re good” and I responded “is that everything?” To which he said he didn’t know, because he didn’t make it and didn’t know the order. No effort to ask anyone and walked away as if I was an inconvenience for trying to make him double check.
I will NEVER be back to this place. I’d rather try to make a meal out of funyons and chilli cheese nachos from Loves. This place needs to be shut down. Just read the other recent reviews.

Try to order biscuits and gravy. The cashier tells me, they are completely out of gravy. So while we ate sitting there some one walks in orders biscuits and gravy the cashier tells them it will be a 10 a 10 minute wait. Then I ask why we were all told they were out of gravy the cashier says oh he had already ordered. I said NO he ordered way before him at least 20 minutes and you were complete out of gravy. This restaurant needs some new management

Burger was fantastic. Curly fries were delicious. They were out of ketchup but graciously gave up other sauces to dip fries. (We opted for honey mustard.) Restaurant is slightly understaffed as are many places these days so we had to be patient for just a few minutes… but nothing unreasonable. Staff was polite and kind despite being under extra un-needed stress. (Keep up the good work Hardee’s team! I appreciate you.)

Came back after having to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food told me to pull up got home the boxes were all tore up soaked in grease The fries weren’t even edible all three fries for every three meal that we got we’re just depressing to look at don’t even let me get started on the burger I took a bite out of it and I just got a load all over my face was not worth $55 do not recommend for one order was two superstars large came to be $30 my friend ordered a number six and got a 10 piece nugget and that came to be 25 he threw it away the nuggets on the other hand we’re decent what is the best but wasn’t the worst I will for sure not be going back not worth $55 for three meals meals sorry but I can’t express enough but the fries were hands-down the worst fries I’ve ever had the worst I ever had

I don’t complain much, but if your grill employee is going to make 2 chicken wraps for herself or another employee and put LARGE chicken strips on them, make sure the customer waiting in lobby for 2 chicken wraps, doesn’t see them do it. Then they make my chicken wraps and put a chicken strip on each one, that barely covers half the wrap. Quite BS if you ask me. Not a good look for your staff. Other than the pathetic excuse for chicken wraps, food is usually decent.
