GF and I were looking for a lunch place Thursday -we were in the area to see The Elovaters at Higher Ground. Drove by Folino’s and made a quick decision to go in. Amazing pizza! Great decor. Saw the patio through the snow squalls and agreed we need to come back when it’s outside weather. Thanks for a great pizza lunch to kick off our getaway!

The pizza is always a treat between the unique toppings and the wood fired flavor. I have tried many of the signature pizzas and have never been disappointed. You can’t go wrong with the wings wood fired and amazing sauces.

We went on a Friday night and it was very busy. That said we were served in a reasonable time and got a table to sit at. They don’t clean the tables so we had to clean our own table. It was dirty. One of the things we noticed, which was unpleasant was the cashier who was handling money and cards was also putting pizzas in trays and in boxes fit customers which is definitely not hygienic. This made us actually not eat the crust of our pizza. The food server from the back was very polite and brought out our appetizer first and made sure to get the rest of our food together. The meatball appetizer was delicious. The pizza sauce was very acidic and the crust despite – being Woodfire cooked – was actually quite soft and we expected it to be crisper. The cannolis were huge, but because they’re so busy they have to make them in advance and they put them in the fridge so the cannoli is soft and doesn’t have the trademark crunch so it was lackluster at best.
Not a terrible place, but they should be much more aware of their hygiene practices in preparing and presenting food to customers. Even when they’re very busy and they need the extra help, the cashier should be washing their hands or sanitizing them before touching and handling the food of customers.

I love this pizza place. I’ve eaten here a few times and always had a good experience. Pizza is good, it’s thin crust which I quite like that way I don’t feel so guilty but most importantly, the flavors are so good. The prices aren’t bad either – I haven’t tried their other menu options though, maybe next time! I’m also very surprised how fast you get your food too. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful, has a great vibe. The outdoor seating arrangement is nice too. I highly recommend!

Folino’s Pizza delivered a great experience from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively quick — especially for a to-go order. We picked up a small pepperoni pizza, and it was ready in no time, piping hot and fresh. Their hospitality and efficiency definitely stood out and made the visit smooth and enjoyable.
The pizza itself was excellent. The thin crust was perfectly crisp, with just the right amount of chew, and the Italian seasoning baked into the crust added a flavorful punch that really took it over the top. The balance of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni was spot-on, but it was the crust that stole the show. It’s clear that Folino’s pays attention to the details, and it paid off. We’d absolutely recommend them for anyone craving a quality thin-crust pizza with standout flavor.

We’ve been so happy to have a Folino’s in Williston! The pizza is consistently excellent – nice crust, thin but not too thin, holds up well to toppings – and the folks working there are always lovely. $5 20oz Fiddleheads on Wed and Sun doesn’t hurt, either! Try getting proscuitto with arugala, but ask for the arugala to be put on after it comes out of the oven. The best!

Post Update: I continue to come to this location every Fridaye night. I have been happy ever since my first post. I have changed my overall star rating from a two stars to five stars.
Update: I received communication from the GM soon after writing my initial review. They took responsibility for the mistake, apologized, and asked me to visit again for another pie on them. I enjoyed it immensely.
SEE update above – I come to Folino’s in Williston to order my pie for takeout. I relish the idea of eating my pizza directly from the oven. I put my name in (Jeff) and my order with Lydia who said it would be out of the oven in 20 minutes. Lydia came over with a boxed pizza 20 minutes later, asking if I was Joe. I said my name was Jeff and added that maybe she might have entered the wrong name. She confidently stated it was not my pizza, placed the pizza off to the side and stated that my order would be out of the oven in 5 minutes. After an additional 20 minutes, Lydia finally approaches with my boxed pie in hand, profusely appologizing for the additional time. I let her know that it was not a problem. But, when I took an opportunity to grab a slice, the pizza was less than warm. This was very disappointing.

Pizza and wings are delicious. Take out times are a bit wild sometimes (over 2 hours) and when it’s busy they have trouble keeping track of orders. The people are super nice they just need a better system for take out. Prices are good for the quality.
