Terrible, use to be good, its awful now. Screwed up my entire order. Sent picture proof and still wouldnt believe. Like I can some how unmelt the cheese. Put stuff under it and remelt it. And the second pizza I got was entirely wrong and not even a pizza I ordered. Will not be returning to this store. Added pictures to show that there is multiple things clearly melted under the cheese that could not have been “added”.

I have only been twice, but went last night and there were two girls there. I ordered online, and I was picking up my food 5 minutes after the time they told me to pick up, online – and they hadn’t even started the order.
I was okay waiting, but then I listened to them talk to eachother about how they aren’t putting up with this, and how one will “just clock out and leave”, while I sat there with my 8 year old, waiting on my ten minute pizza, at 9:30 at night.
Luckily the girl walked out and gave them to me, I hadn’t even paid yet, but it shows how much they weren’t paying any attention to detail.. whoever’s store this is, needs better customer service employees on a Friday night. I immediately thought to myself, no wonder they are always dead with all those tables and even a community room.
The first time I went, I had great customer service, not sure what happened this time.

Drove about 15 minutes through Brownsburg to get to it google said it was open and it was closed! Only reason I gave it a 1 star rating is because I had to give it something to be able to share our experience. We ended up eating Mexican food across the parking lot. Our 5 year old grandson wanted pizza and was disappointed they were closed!

I went to pick up my order yesterday from the Brownsburg location. When I checked my order, it was missing cheesesticke. They said they had to thaw dough. Then had to wait for them to be made. No apology, no take the price off my order. In the end had fresh cheesesticks and cold everything else. Why would you make an entire order without that? Really poor judgment on whoever thought it was ok.

I came here for the first time to eat and I was hesitant because I don’t really like trying new things. I gotta say though this place is seriously awesome. They bring the food to you, the pizza is pretty quick and tasted great. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch sub- it was perfect! Definitely gonna come back.

They have the dining room closed at this location, which also means the carry out option is not available. This unfortunately led to waiting in a drive through line for 15 minutes past when they said pickup was ready…after spending 50$ on two 14″ pizzas, that is excessive in the wrong direction.
