Our story begins, of course, a thousand years ago in the city of Prato in Tuscany Italy, where sun-warmed tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil found their inevitable, perfect home on flatbread. Prato in Italian means “meadow” and is now the home where Craft cuisine, cocktails and its date-worthy atmosphere reigns supreme by infusing non GMO and pasture raised meats with our locally sourced sun-ripened fruits and vegetables to your table.

Despite living so close to this place, I avoided it for seven years because of a horrible first encounter. I’m so glad I finally gave it a second chance! Tricia, our waitress, was exceptional; friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the experience completely changed my mind. Great venue-Food was delicious! My wife and I had dinner there on 12/28/2025. The waitress Trisha was fantastic! The service was outstanding! Tyler the manager came over and checked on us throughout the meal. The meal was perfect. Great appetizers, main course and dessert! I would highly recommend!

Reservation 3:30 Sunday, seated 4:15. Why so long?Place had more empty tables than occupied. 10 people, food and drinks came out one at a time. 15 minutes between 1st dinner served and last to come out. Cheese burger ok. Pizza way too salty. Eggplant bland, Calamari heavily breaded, very crunchy. Basically polite but terrible service, cool, not cold beer and so so food. No one hated or loved their dinner. Not impressed, won’t ever go back.

Not that great of an experience. Honestly didn’t love the braised short ribs with the stuffed rigatoni, it was swimming in butter, literally. The linguine and clam sauce was just ok. They did serve it with little necks though. We will have to give them one more shot. Just one though. It seemed like an apps and cocktails place rather then a date night with the wife place. This just so happen to be our anniversary dinner. We will definitly update after our next visit.

This is a great place for dinner and drinks after work or an elegant meal. I went with my best friends (sisters more like) to celebrate our 35 year “friendversary”. The food was modern, well prepared, and elevated. Short Rib, tuna and salmon were all delicious. And of course everyone should try the maneater- an uber version of hot girl summer cocktail- delicious.
Jenna was lovely and took care of our every need. Other staff and managers were attentive and checked on us frequently. Would definitely recommend. I plan to visit again.

The Tossed Wings were enjoyable, as well as the All American Burger, which was juicy! Our servers Colleen and Julia were absolutely pleasant and helpful with making decisions on which menu items we should choose.
We really enjoyed Julia’s kindness that met us as soon as we entered the restaurant. Colleen’s patience and thoughtfulness helped me decide on the High Tide Tacos. Needless to say, well will be back!

I got there at 3:30 for a 3:30 reservation. Table wasn’t ready until 4. We sat down and waited 25 minutes for our drinks, then the waiter forgot the specifics of the drinks and needed to come back for glasses… 15 minutes later I get a glass- beer was warm by then. Food took an hour to come out. I got a pizza and my wife got a specialty pie. Both were very salty and not good at all. All in all, I spent 4 hours of my life there, mostly waiting to be seated and to eat. Very disappointing, I will never go back.

Loved the food we ordered, the manager and owner were super friendly! The new menu has no seed oils, lower sodium, no bleached flour and a whole bunch of other great things you actually want to eat. Will definitely return to try more of the new menu!
