Decided to finally return to this Mr.Sub after many years. I wish we had kept coming here because their service, food, and atmosphere are all great. I’m glad they’ve been able to keep their prices down as many other restaurants are becoming too expensive. So the prices here are definitely worth it. The customer service today was excellent. They were super nice to my daughter.

Location was a very good franchise before new owners. Now the owners try to reduce the amount of meat and toppings. Watched today as meat was spread very thin, original owners put lots of meat and toppings.

I have been enjoy the service, food, and value for quite some time. Ann is always quick with a smile and to remember not only my regular order but to call me by name. The loyalty rewards is a very nice added bonus. I regularly travel across town, past two direct competitors to buy from these fine folks. Do yourself a favour and make a visit soon.

Went again today and as usual I was not disappointed. Great food, great value for what is made, and the service is second to none. Other businesses in and around SSM would do well to look at this establishment as a benchmark to gauge themselves against.
