Great salads, sandwiches, and even soups.
First got the avocado turkey sandwich and it was bomb. I will say though, the skinny is SKINNY. The bread is great, I got whole grain and it was some of the best I’ve had.
I got a salad that I saved and ate the next day and it was great as well. Huge portion, gave me plenty of dressing, and good amount of toppings.
I did however order the BLT sandwich later and was just a little disappointed because the bacon was super charred (as pictured). I’d still order from here again though.

Completely got my sandwich wrong from the jump then at the end on the soup bowl that was forgotten I was given a cup of soup. I asked if she was sure it was a bowl and was told yes and charged as such. Maybe the worst potbelly I’ve been to in the metroplex, sadly.
The sandwich is literally all bread . They could do much better and I understand it gets monotonous just making sandwiches all day. Hope its gets better.

What can you say.. Potbelly makes a GREAT sandwich. So why only 4 stars?
Great little sandwich shop. Great workers with a VERY high energy manager. Clean, sharp crisp
And noisy. Hard to talk. Ovens running fans sucking air and whatever else is making noise back there Makes it hard to talk and listen
I have eaten here since they opened. Love this sandwich (The Wreck). Lots of meat. Hot cheese. Delicious. The cookies are good when I get one

Disappointed! Went here for a quick meal and had some coupons purchased from local school. Got there and they placed my order only to find out they don’t take the coupon.
Now I asked ‘why’. The answer was ‘we just don’t’! Well, why would you be sponsored on a coupon you don’t support? It is not expired and the location on the coupon is the same location we are standing in right now!
Mind you, I could have gone to many other great sandwiches restaurants! Because it’s not about the money! It’s the principle! If it wasn’t for the fact that the purchase was for someone else, I would have left the order on the table!
Extremely unacceptable! No apology or concern! Sad for business! And won’t be getting mine ever again!

October 15, 2025 @ 2:16 pm. I always go through the drive-thru. When I pulled up, Mari, said they were not taking in drive-thru orders. So I asked if I could go in, she said yes. Walked in, zero customers in the restaurant. ZERO. Three employees, Mari, another female & one male. At checkout I asked why they were not serving drive-thru customers. Mari’s response was “we are short handed today.” I looked at her and said, “but nobody is even in here.” Zero response from Mari. I added a video of the restaurant and a picture of my receipt to show I was actually there & the date/time. I intentionally drove here for the drive-thru option vs another location that doesn’t offer one.
Update: I get home & the order isn’t even correct. I asked MARI to put light lettuce, oil & seasonings. No lettuce or oil. I added a picture to reflect this.

If we could have gave zero stars we would. We went in this past Tuesday night to finally try Potbelly as we heard it was delicious. We walked in, and initially no one greeted us. The young lady that was taking our order was whispering so we couldn’t even hear what she was saying and when we finally made our order another lady checked us out. She didn’t say but two words to us. After, they just put the sandwiches on the shelf, no bag, no nothing. We had a short drive home and we both got warm sandwiches and then we realized they probably had been toasted for 5 seconds as everything was ice cold but the time we got home. My sandwich in particular, also look like it was just thrown together. I’ve included pictures. That’s how it looked right out of the wrapper. No care given at all. Will not be visiting this location ever again
And to respond to what the restaurant responded to me, no, we would never visit again and we tell all our family and friends not to as well.

Firstly they dropped our sandwich and had to remake it. They asked us to pull forward although no one was waiting behind us. I don’t even know if they remade the sandwich. But we also ordered a wrap but instead of a full wrap they folded each side in half leaving out meat and veggies just extra bread. This was the saddest experience because the workers didn’t take pride in preparing our food correctly, they just threw it together. I need a free wrap sandwich for my next visit whenever we decide to eventually go back. Yall need to do better…

Horrible experience in store, the staff need to listen to customer when they order especially what bread they ask for. They also need to rectify an order before making 6 other sandwiches and make you wait. Asked to pay & you stand there for another 10 mins while the meatball sub is going cold, the bread going soggy whilst waiting for your sandwich to be made again ! The attitude & ignorance of these staff blew my mind not even said I’m sorry for making a mistake. They all just looked at me like I had done something wrong.
Better places to go and pay $20 for 2 sandwiches.

I had one of the most memorable sandwiches for lunch today. I ordered the Original Chicken Club with “the works,” and it was outstanding. Freshly made, perfectly toasted, and packed with chicken, veggies, and my favorite part, the bacon.
I also ordered a half salad, but the sandwich was so satisfying that the salad came home with me. Great food and a really enjoyable lunch.
