I haven’t actually sat inside the dining room and depended upon their service as a dine-in customer. Their customer service at the counter while waiting or receiving take out orders is great! I only have one complaint – the Stromboli when taking it home the last time was uber GREASY and I hadn’t realized upon pickup. The grease soaked into and THROUGH the take out box onto the car interior. I’ll be placing Stromboli boxes on a towel or on the floorboard mat now. Is there a way to drain the hot strom before boxing?

I enjoy eating here but sometimes they get your order right some times they don’t. It’s often times when I order a pizza with precooked bacon. This most recent time they put one small piece on my pizza which leaves me to believe it was intentional. It’s unfortunate, but the fault lies within me for not checking before I left

Love everything about pizza from Ledo’s. This location is good but people working aren’t friendly. When I got there to pickup my pizza, the guy behind the counter looked at me and walked away to a table. After almost 10 minutes he came back and asked me what I wanted? So I gave him my name, it took him 5 minutes to find my order. The place was empty, seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Anyway I’m giving 4 stars for the pizza only.

Well they definitely got my order wrong. I was kind of surprised but they messed up both my sandwiches. And then I ordered an order of fries for $4 and literally it was 10 French fries. Definitely skimpin on the food. The only positive thing I saw was the pizza which was tasty but yet the rest of the food was overpriced and dull.
