I have been coming to this starbucks for years. I enjoy the new and updated cafe experience compqred to the old one. The new cafe is modern, bright, and has much more space. On this visit i dined in but used the app to order my food. It would be nice on the app if you could chose dine in. I ordered a peppermint white chocolate frapp and a tomato mozzarella sandwich. I have had both items before and they were good this time. Overall this is one of the better Starbucks locations to visit. I would come here over the Waverly location down the road.

I have been using this Starbucks for some time now and usually I have a very pleasant experience but I just had the coldest experience there. The young lady at the drive through window clearly needs to be retrained. No customer service at all!!!!! No greeting, no words exchanged, she just handed me my drink, took the money, returned my change and walked off. I sat patiently waiting for the rest of my order. When she eventually returned, she thought I was a different customer and tried giving me their order. I alerted her to the fact that I did not get my other items. No apology..just “oh”……walked off and then returned with my items and pushed them into my hands and then walked off. I don’t know who pissed her off but maybe one of her colleagues should give her a hug.
For your next staff meeting, I humbly recommend that the concept of customer service be emphasized. It is a beautiful Starbucks but your customers won’t return if experiences like mine become the norm.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks a few times a week for a few months now. The drinks are always so good and the service is mostly good, besides today. At the drive thru the lady caught a little bit of an attitude with me because she couldn’t find my drink. I know I ordered at the correct location, she then finds it. When I get to the window she already has my drink outside the window and says absolutely nothing to me. I just found that so unprofessional and was just shocked because I’ve had many good experiences there before. Maybe she was having an off day, but still unacceptable.

I ordered 3, but they gave me one, and they told me to go if I had to pay. I ordered 3 and said I made a mobile order, so I told you to speak in English because you don’t understand the space. I’m Asian and I spoke in English. It sounded very bad My English may not be good. Then you can ask me if you can tell me again, but you’re so rude that you don’t understand Spanish. It’s a place I go to very often, but it’s the first time I’ve ever been there. I feel so bad.

It’s a Sunday routine – visit Starbucks, order coffee and a sandwich and then sit outside and read the newspaper. Staff is friendly and helpful. Barista’s are fast and make excellent drinks. For those looking for a drive through, try Waverly; otherwise this is a great place to sit down and relax with a coffee. Enjoy!

This Starbucks location fails! I go to this location from time to time. It is not what I consider my home Starbucks by any means. With that being said the issues I have with this location is for one to park here is extremely difficult. There is never enough parking and most times you have to park in front of a completely different building just to get coffee here. Then as you walk a distance to get to the front you see that there is consistently someone that thinks they don’t have to follow the rules or the law and they park in front of the door in the middle of the roundabout by the front entrance. And for whatever reason every time I have been to this location the staff here seem disgruntled and very unhappy. Today the barista Diane Cracked a smile or two with the person in front of me but as soon as I get up to her she gives me this look of “what do you want”. It was about 11:15 AM and she was the only one working behind the counter, is there a staffing issue? Also this location never seems to be as clean and tidy as the other locations I frequent. And when I say frequent I go to Starbucks many times twice a day. Whoever manages this location needs to get it together!

I don’t typically post reviews, but this Starbucks location is BY FAR the BEST. All of the baristas know my name and my go to order… although, now that I think about it just proves how many times a day I go. All of the staff are very friendly and are willing to suggest whatever they think tastes the best. For example, I went into Starbucks for my 3rd time yesterday and one of the baristas thought I was going to order my regular which was the dragonfruit refresher but I told them that I wanted to try something new. He suggested I try the passion fruit tea since I let him know I don’t do caffeine and it was spectacular! If I could put more stars, I definitely would! Promote all of these baristas or increase their pay because all of them work hard! Thanks for taking the time to read this review!

Oy – had to re-request our very simple order of two tall coffees and one tall tea several times. This simple order took 10 minutes and no one was in line in front of us. Lots of inefficient running around behind the counter.
