We have eaten here like a total of 4 times at this location, lecanto within a couple of months of each other visits hoping things will change for the better, the last time just a week ago was the worst. 1st things the people working behind the counter making your food are rude, rush you through , aren’t helpful ,seem bothered that you are there, and served the pork on our burrito with obvious chunks of fat that they weren’t planning on removing until I asked them…then just grabbed if off and discarded them which was good but … with an attitude like what you don’t want a few wads of fat on your burrito?! You know like a smirk like I’m ridiculous….The guacamole was really fresh and good except had an over abundance of onion in it which of course I didn’t realize until I was eating it. And yes it was way more than the common recipe calls for ….And I mean a lot of onion ! I’ve eaten at Chipotle many many a times at several different locations because generally it’s great but….this location is not good . It never is. You would think maybe different employees over time would yield different results with the food , service etc but nope. Attitude and this establishment is not up to good standards in my opinion. And the tables were not tended to/ cleaned either. I would totally ,eventually LOVE to see this place go up hill for it would be wonderful to eat a fresh meal with kind helpful employees and be able to sit inside instead of outside for a clean atmosphere. I give great reviews when worthy and unfortunately can’t do that here. This review is very fair and appropriate. I will try this again with my husband one last time in a couple months and hope for way better. And next time I will take pics of food, receipt, and atmosphere, let’s hope for better. Sometimes you can overlook a couple things like if foods good and rude worker. Or food not great but really kind workers or good food and bad atmosphere but all in all 1 star and that’s because I ate and wasn’t hungry anymore and we didn’t get sick at least….Please do better our local Chipotle! And these employees get paid decent these days for this indoor fast foost or restaurant style food so you could atleast smile or say hello or thank you or have a good day.

This Chipotle is always severely understaffed and the overall quality suffers greatly because of it. Food is hit or miss; usually miss. Last order was dry, chicken was burned and the sour cream had pieces of all the surrounding food mixed in. They put absolutely no care into this location and it’s only a matter of time before it closes. Not to mention, the place is always extremely dirty and disgusting. Today’s order was 25 minutes late and will be the last time I order from here.

Several times in a row the burrito has zero meat in it. It was almost vegetarian it was so bad. For the $$$ you should get what you pay for. The chips are over salted and old , the only thing that’s been good was the hot sauce. Skip this place and go somewhere else.

Delayed over a year to rate this Chipotle, rain this as a Chipotle. Staff if better now, so many things have improved. Food quality is more consistent, no more hot peppers in the mild Pico. This one seems to have issue with large takeout orders impacting eat-in customers – This store need to get a handle on that. Had some issues with not having drinks or ice. Too new to have the problems. Hoping it continues to improve. Counter Staff appears to be putting their best foot forward.

“LARA” wholeheartedly welcomed me into her Chipotle as soon as I set foot in the door.
Throughout the entire experience LARA genuinely appreciated me.
Not only did LARA altruistically listen to me, LARA far surpassed and/all expectations.
LARA emanates the unsullied love, positivity and oneness that makes us human beings.
With so much sadness in this world, I must,again, thank LARA for being a creator of healthy vibrations.
Also the burrito is THE BEST.

Dined in yesterday. Kids working behind the counter were less than enthusiastic. I asked about ingredients, due to food allergies and the young girl was clueless she looked at a chart but made a few scary and incorrect assumptions rather than just showing me the chart. I decided to stick with safe options. I dined in but by the time I opened my container the white rice and pinto beans were cold. They were out of hard taco shells at 1PM. The store was NOT busy and I did not have to wait for service. The chicken was good and the queso was nice and hot. I am not sure I will give it another try as this is the second time I’ve had a poor experience. The first one was chalked up to being new.

Rough day here. Admiration and respect for the one girl serving every single customer who walks through. They are out of beans, steak, just got more white rice. The other staff just very lazily moving about with no urgency to stock the food or clean the place. This place is absolutely filthy. Service line and the entire dining room floor. You can tell there are no standards set or managed by store leader. If it wasn’t for the one girl kicking butt here everyone would leave. Shes saving the store single handedly. Its a sunday at 330pm. Im sitting at a table and stepping in a bunch of food on the floor, theres no tabasco by the soda machine. Trash is overflowing. Absolutely unacceptable. Need a new team leader asap. Never seen as low a rated Chipotle anywhere. Damn

I’ve gone here for lunch several times now, and unfortunately it’s been the same experience each time. They are constantly out of chicken, which is honestly frustrating considering it’s one of the main menu items. I don’t understand how a restaurant repeatedly runs out of such a basic food item during normal lunch hours. It really feels like there’s a lack of planning or management oversight when it comes to making sure food is prepped and ready to sell. The staff are usually polite, but it’s disappointing to show up expecting lunch only to be told they’re out of what you came for. Hopefully management can improve inventory and kitchen planning, because it shouldn’t be this hard to have core menu items available.

So disappointed with this place. My husband and I both were underserved for everything we got. My bowl was under filled and my husbands burrito was half the size it usually is. For reference I have a picture of my bowl. I ordered steak with everything except medium salsa. It’s extremely underwhelming. I asked for a receipt so I can fill out the survey and was told the machine is out of paper. Not worth coming here again, I’ll drive the hour to a different location.
